Dropped calls all day, we can't call anyone including for emergencies due to very poor signal. The T-mobile map in the store is false advertising as it said we would have amazing 5G service. I don't blame the store for this, but shame on T-Mobile for false advertising. After hours on the phone with customer service and multiple calls, they refuse to cancel our plan without penalties. Beware if you live in area code 97225, you may not get any service.

When I received the first bill after trade in I discovered some charges I didn't expect. The bill showed that I owed $117.76 before credits. I called Consumer Cellular and talked to a very nice young man, however the young man didn't understand the bill himself so he kept putting me on hold to talk to a third party (I didn't mind holding either). After all was said and done the $60 charge for surcharges and fees was actually 2 months of easy pay plan debit. Instead of using my phone trade in credit against the remaining balance owed, they charged me two months of payments for the phone on the invoice. That is what brought the total bill before credits to $117.76. I don't know about anyone else, but when I see a charge that is before credits, I think, "Oh no! How can I pay this bill next month when there won't be any credits?" I would like for anyone with Consumer Cellular to pay attention to their bill received after the trade in credit is received. Consumer Cellular billing is extremely convoluted.

The savings (I just discovered) is $1.00 a month. AARP is $16.00 a year. NO savings at all! 2) I just bought a new phone and a screen protector. The screen protector I received is flawed. They do not do refunds for those. I paid $21.00 for it - thinking they would have a higher quality product. I was wrong. Do not purchase this unless you go to astore and have them put it on before you purchase it and see that it works. I will not be giving them a good review going forward. I'm very disappointed. I had entered…read moreneeding assistance getting off of my previous plan, and there were many hiccups as it was a business account which belonged to those who I no longer communicate with. The main issue was I had just moved and wanted to keep my old phone number, as I had just linked many things such as job opportunities to that number. The first time I came in, Jade had helped me, showing excellent service under pressure and in dealing with a difficult customer who was the main person on the account that I was under. They asked for the manager after explaining the issue at hand. Jade spoke calmly and collectively, and was not rude in any way when on the line. The language and words she chose was extremely professional and she handled it very well. I was impressed not gonna lie. I ran into complications on the first visit, and had to come back after certain things got taken care of/given access to the account. I came back later that night after being told it had been fixed from the main account authorizer, but it hadn't changed at all. Jade and Sequoia were both the ones to help me this round. There was still nothing they could do for me, so I decided to wait on it for a day to see if it just needed more time to be processed, though they confirmed it usually goes through immediately. Their closing time was quickly approaching, so I didn't want to keep them there any longer. I decided it was tomorrow's problem. The next day I walk in and the same thing occurred. At this point I was just getting anxious and frustrated about the entire situation as I did not want to keep contacting the account holder since we were no longer on the best of terms. I decided to just give up my old phone number. That's when Dakota helped me in setting up a new phone plan, and even that was a hassle because my address didn't match my current living area which meant they had to jump through many hoops. I was even able to get a discount that I wasn't aware of, and they ran through all the plans with me to ensure I got the one I really wanted, giving me more options than was listed. Ive never had anyone try their hardest to save me money on my phone bill in this way. It was a blessing, honestly. Through all of this, they were still very professional and although it took much longer than we both had anticipated, they still were not only very kind and patient, but just a joy to talk to. All 3 employees were actually. I'm just grateful to have been with those who actually knew what they were doing while also keeping my best interest at heart, as my last issue and AT&T trip in Washington felt like the woman was extremely unhelpful: I paid to get more storage at her recommendation which didn't fix anything and then when I inquired about plans she just wanted me to sign up for the most expensive plan without truly listening to me because "it's what I should do, the other plans don't make sense" (In fact I'll leave a review for that store right after this one lmao) THANK YOU ALL FOR BEING SO HELPFUL! You have no idea how much I appreciate it!! Hopefully I'll make this location my main AT&T store now that I live nearby- the 20 minute drive is worth the good customer service. My Samsung S21 started acting up, calls couldn't connect, text messages failing - time for an…read moreupgrade! Since I've been an AT&T mobile customer since my first "brick" phone in the 90's, I know I'm not switching carriers so took advantage of the $1000 trade In towards a new phone, so basically a free upgraded model. Here's the deal, you commit to 3 years of service, and the the $1000 gets deducted, prorated, over this period. If you leave prior, you pay the balance. If you stay, the phone cost, as long as it's less than $1000, remains free. If you choose a model greater than $1000, you just pay the difference. I'm also loyal to Samsung because for me, it's more intuitive than an I-phone, and the camera is far better. I use my phone primarily for pictures, 2nd for text, and once in awhile, to make a call. My how times have changed! Walked out with the Samsung S24+ at no cost. it has a faster processor, twice as much memory, and a far better camera than the S21. The only downside, at least for me, is that it's a bit larger. I'm not a fan of the new, larger models. i either carry my phone in my side pocket of my leggings or in my tiny handbag. I already know this phone won't fit in my three favorite handbags, but I have no interest in the fold-up version which is heavier and cumbersome. The rep I worked with was new, which I recognized right off the bat, but he was friendly, asked for assistance from his manager when we were having a challenge, and handled everything smoothly. I purchased the protective stick-on screen cover and he applied it for me. I'm amazed at how fast and efficient the data transfer is these days. Last time I upgraded was three years ago, and it's an exponentially noticeable difference. All pictures, apps and data transferred successfully. New phone working perfectly from the start. Very happy with my phone and the experience.

Their prices are extremely reasonable and they're not trying to take advantage of their customers. There's no hidden charges or sneaky small print. I tell everyone I know to get their service from CC. I have never had such a consistently wonderful experience with a cell service provider. They give me hope for the way that businesses can operate, putting customer needs first. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

I got my pixel 10 here and they were very good at getting it set up for me AND transferring data from my old phone to the new one. I plan to return this week to get some more help with erasing data from the old phone so it can be donated, and helping me know how to best preserve the battery power on the new one.
