Due to the fact the screen replacement was not flushed to the device frame, I completely shatters within in 2 months of the last time I repaired a screen with them, this is WITH THE SCREEN PROTECTOR. I was charged over $300, the product was not worth that amount. DO NOT GO HERE. I even asked them when I picked up my phone if they use the same screens as apple and if they were apple certified, they said yes which was not true considering apple has strong materials that make up the phone. My device even had an error saying it was not an apple part and was not installed correctly. With that said, save your money, go to apple or learn to do it yourself.

My issue arises when the young lady who asked for me to be passed on to her was busy working with the lady she swapped with the agent for me. I came on my lunch break and my time was very limited, and she seemed more interested in helping the lady she swapped me for. It almost felt like she didn't want to assist me. I was very polite and cordial after about 20 minutes of this before I decided that I can take my business elsewhere. Calling me friend was not lightening up the tension and she tried but then would go right back to the other customer who was working with an agent already... it became very frustrating and clear she didn't want to assist me. She was overly assertive with not trying to help me or assist me, tried to say my phone wasn't eligible for upgrade/ trade in, after agent I was working with said it was. Then she took my phone in the back saying it does pass eligibility for trade in. Then looking for reason not to give me a trade in lol lol it was almost comical. I wish we as ppl can just be loving and helpful to eachother, but respectful also. They could not guarantee that I would get it in less than a week before my travel time however, I got a call a day after dropping it off that it was ready for pick up and it was a motherboard issue.
