A sales associate or anyone affiliated with sale and setting up accounts knows that anything purchased or changed to your account , the customer will get a notification I n the form of an email. Once the email is checked, they are able to log in and verify any activity associated with the account. Secondly, I provided them the order/receipt number along with the store information and the assistant manager said that he has no way to validate any purchases made in his store. He refused to give his name, became argumentative and hung up in my face. I called back to obtain the manager and district managers information and he refused again and hung up in my face. Stay away from this location.

The clerk (I believe he is the owner), told me he "never accepts returns," but grudgingly eventually said he would refund me 75% of the charge, keeping 25% for a restocking fee. I asked where that information would have been given upon purchase. My paper receipt had nothing about it and there was no sign on the wall. He produced a separate paper listing the restocking fee, which had not been shared with me when I purchased the items. He explained tersely that he is a small business and reiterated that he never accepts returns and I should be grateful he was making an exception. So -- be warned -- if you purchase supplies from this business, be aware that he "never accepts returns" and that if he decides to make an exception, he'll retain 25% of the payment. He is knowledgeable and is an excellent communicator and is a superb customer advocate. He spent 3 hours with me as together we contacted Verizon technical support in an attempt to resolve the coverage issue. We were not able to get resolution as Verizon does not have the capability but I am so grateful that I had Miguel by my side throughout this frustrating few hours. He did a terrific job of explaining the situation and was persistent in speaking with any and everyone who could possibly help us.
