Neither of which was consistent or had the speed I paid for. I finally cancelled it, I cancelled it in October, but they didn't cancel it. It kept charging me. I called and cancelled again in November. It reinstated itself, they told me. And now I got another charge from them this morning. a "restocking" fee. Yeah, never heard of it. We called MULTIPLE times and spoke to foreigners working from home we could barely understand, and told them that we cancelled our account on Sept 27, 2025 and we wanted confirmation that our account was closed. And also to reverse the new charges on our account. They assured us the account was cancelled and they would be reversing any charges. We asked for email confirmation, and they said they would send it. We never get an email. A month goes by and we get ANOTHER bill, we repeat the process of calling and waiting a long time on the phone, tell them to send us a copy via email that everything is cancelled and we have a zero balance, "Yes, absolutely we will" nothing ever comes. We go another month, now the bill is up to $350+ I call back again and beg them to please get this fixed. By this point, they can't even find our phone number in their system. I'm beyond upset and frustrated at this point. Another month goes by and now we're in collections for nearly $500.00. I am going to the Midland TX store today and will be resolving this issue once and for all. I've never had worse outsourced customer service in my life. If I cannot get this resolved today, I'll be going on all social medias and repeating this same information about the absolute horrific service, along with inquiring about litigation with a local attorney. Edit: also for the past 30 minutes, I've been trying to call the local number 432.520.3535 and I cannot get anyone in that office to pick up. I get transferred to Atlanta eventually.
