I wish I could give less than 1 star. Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. I felt so hurt when I left. I will never go back there

I was talked into trying optimum mobile and told I could cancel within 21 days as soon as I found…read moreout they misrepresented what they told me three days later I called and canceled and was told to send back free phone which was three phones I wasn't expecting. I took them to optimum office in midland and they told me it had to be done over phone so I stayed in their office while I was on phone trying to cancel. Two hours later I FINALLY got a return label I took them immediately to fedex and sent them back. I thought it was done then got a notice they were taking 127.00 more dollars out of my account for mobile service do I called Optimum back and told them I canceled service within three days and shouldn't be charged anymore they told me they hadn't received them (do I looked up my tracking number . The phones were signed for in Ft worth texas and Optimum said they were still iin Texas and not where they needed to be so HOW IN THE DEVIL CAN I CONTROL WHO Signs FOR THEM????? THEY WERE DELIVERED AND SIGNED FOR BY A PERSON IN Ft Worth on the 15 th of December . Optimums said I still have to make payments until they get the phones even though I have proof they were returned and signed for!! Contacting a lawyer and taking it public

Mein alter Laptop ging leider in die Brüche und so habe ich dringend einen neuen benötigt (für die…read moreArbeit - bin selbstständig). Um etwas Gutes für die Umwelt zu tun, habe ich mich dazu entschieden, bei Refurbed zu kaufen. Der Laptop kam auch sehr schnell an und im ersten Moment war ich sehr begeistert. Leider nicht lange. Die Webcam war falsch zusammengebaut. Konkreter, es wurde das falsche Kameragehäuse bzw. Glas verbaut, sodass die Webcam bedeckt war und somit nicht funktioniert hat. Ein Problem, das man mit freiem Auge gut erkennen kann, ohne viel Ahnung von Laptops zu haben und vorallem ein Problem welches einfach vermieden hätte werden können. Derjenige, der das zusammengebaut hat, hätte erkennen müssen, dass das überhaupt nicht zusammenpasst und er somit die Kamera verdeckt und unbrauchbar macht. Es ist wirklich offensichtlich. Ich habe mich dann an Refured gewendet und das Problem beschrieben. Leider war die Kommunikation sehr erschwert, da das Produkt von TECHSAVERS (eine slowakische Partnerfirma) kam und auch die Kommunikation deshalb mit denen ablief, die sehr viel aus keinen-Sinn-ergebenden-Google-Translator-Sätzen bestand und wir somit nur ständig aneinander vorbei redeten. Es frustrierte mich und vorallem brauchte ich dringend ein funktionierendes Gerät zum Arbeiten. Erst wurde auch versucht mir zu verkaufen, dass beim Transport wohl etwas verrutscht sein müsste - was aber nicht der Fall war, es wurde offensichtlich einfach fehlerhaft gearbeitet und das falsche Teil verwendet. Da durch diesen Fehler der Laptop für meine Arbeit nicht einsatzbar war, musste ich schnell eine Lösung finden. Ich brachte den Laptop also zu einer lokalen Reparaturstelle, wo das richtige/passende Kameragehäuse für diesen Laptop verbaut wurde und somit die Webcam auch problemlos funktionierte. Die Reparaturkosten lagen bei 60€ - was ich Refurbed mitgeteilt habe und eine Erstattung forderte. Ich wollte lediglich die Kosten erstattet bekommen, die ich aufgrund deren Fehler bezahlen musste. Abgesehen von den Tagen, an denen ich nicht bzw. nur sehr eingeschränkt Arbeiten konnte, die Zeit, Organisation, Diesel und Nerven die mich diese ganze Sache gekostet hat. Refurbed und Techsavers waren jedoch nicht bereit und erstatteten mir nur die Hälfte. Sie boten mir zwar immer wieder an, den Laptop zurück zu schicken, jedoch war das für mich keine Option, da ich unter Zeitdruck stand und dringend ein funktionierendes Gerät zum Arbeiten brauchte. Ich hätte mir einfach mehr Entgegenkommen vom Kundenservice gewünscht. Das Angebot der Retoursendung war schließlich kein Entgegenkommen, sondern einfach vertraglich so geregelt und mein Recht. Jetzt musste ich als Kunde ein defektes Gerät zur Reparatur bringen und die Hälfte der Kosten selbst tragen. Was mich dazu veranlasst, nie wieder einen Kauf bei Refured zu tätigen und es auch nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Dass Fehler mal passieren können ist zwar ärgerlich, aber logisch - die Frage ist aber wie man dann damit umgeht und seinen Kunden entgegenkommt und das war hier wirklich nicht zufriedenstellend.

The internet didn't work from the get-go and I was constantly wasting my time by calling Cust Serv. It's not worth your money. I had both the regular modem and the usb modem. Neither of which was consistent or had the speed I paid for. I finally cancelled it, I cancelled it in October, but they didn't cancel it. It kept charging me. I called and cancelled again in November. It reinstated itself, they told me. And now I got another charge from them this morning. a "restocking" fee. Yeah, never heard of it.
