We cancelled our service Sept 27, 2025 after being a Verizon customer for over 20 years. However, we continued to get bills. We called MULTIPLE times and spoke to foreigners working from home we could barely understand, and told them that we cancelled our account on Sept 27, 2025 and we wanted confirmation that our account was closed. And also to reverse the new charges on our account. They assured us the account was cancelled and they would be reversing any charges. We asked for email confirmation, and they said they would send it. We never get an email. A month goes by and we get ANOTHER bill, we repeat the process of calling and waiting a long time on the phone, tell them to send us a copy via email that everything is cancelled and we have a zero balance, "Yes, absolutely we will" nothing ever comes. We go another month, now the bill is up to $350+ I call back again and beg them to please get this fixed. By this point, they can't even find our phone number in their system. I'm beyond upset and frustrated at this point. Another month goes by and now we're in collections for nearly $500.00. I am going to the Midland TX store today and will be resolving this issue once and for all. I've never had worse outsourced customer service in my life. If I cannot get this resolved today, I'll be going on all social medias and repeating this same information about the absolute horrific service, along with inquiring about litigation with a local attorney. Edit: also for the past 30 minutes, I've been trying to call the local number 432.520.3535 and I cannot get anyone in that office to pick up. I get transferred to Atlanta eventually. I've asked multiple time for a notification for when my bills are sure never got one even called customer service and still didn't get a letter or something but they wanna sit here and hit me with more shit. Came here to get help with my prepaid account, Anthony was able to assist with everything that I needed without skipping a beat! He called in to reconnect my suspended line, updated the SIM and device ID, left with everything working properly. Exceptional service, as I always expect from this Midland Verizon store. Ask for Erica she's the nicest person you'll ever meet 10/10. Whatever you need she's the person to talk to, I was very impressed with my experience, the only thing is you'll have to wait 30-50 min to be helped due to the lack of staff. read more

Went in to buy a new phone Set for 30 minutes and no one came to help all employees were just talking to each other where service ever

I went in to get my wife a Apple Watch and a iPhone X for my daughter. We were then helped by a gentleman that offered to upgrade my iPhone 7 Plus but said that he would have to examine it with the otter box and tempered glass removed. I agreed, but I didn't expect him to crack my tempered glass. After the examination he said that it would qualify but I would have to pay off the remaining balance first. I then told him that he should've said that from the beginning because I would've turned it down. I then asked about my tempered glass and he said that he would ask a manager about replacing it since he completely broken it. He came back after 10 minutes and said that he couldn't do anything about it and apologized. I then asked to speak with the manager and he told me that he'd left for lunch. I was beyond upset so we left. I will never step foot in there again. read more

When there was a problem, caused by an outside issue, with my account, the team at this store went to bat for me and got it solved. They are the nicest and most friendly that I have ever dealt with, and because I am not terribly tech-savvy, I end up dealing with many. They can explain things in terms that I understand and they make sure that I understand before I leave. I absolutely cannot say enough good things about them! read more

Thank you Priscilla. I was throwing around the idea of upgrading my phone from the iPhone 5 to the Samsung Galaxy S4. I spoke with Priscilla at the Verizon store. She was very helpful and informative. I had it for about three days and decided I didn't like where the speaker was. It was on the back of the phone and I couldn't hear it ringing when I had set it down. So I went back and switched to the HTC One. I cannot remember the name of the sales rep but she was very helpful as well. I had that phone for one day. Hated it. Not used to Android I guess. I called customer service to try to have the phone activated on my husbands line. The rep told me we couldn't do that without changing the plan. I worked at Verizon for two years and knew this wasn't true. So we went to the Verizon store and I asked for Priscilla. She asked the manger if we could activate the phone on my husbands line without losing out unlimited plan. She found out we could and walked us through the whole process. She is very informative and professional. If I go back there I will ask for her again. PS. I really liked the Samsung but the speaker on the back is a no go. I have to be able to hear my phone as I use it for business. Other than that the phone was awesome although not very compatible with my MacBook. Major pain. read more
