Brought it to Battery Joe at the middle of January to get a battery replaced. They "overnighted"…read moremultiple screens because the heat they used broke our original screen. I get it; that sometimes happens, but then they proceeded to break two other screens and returned my iPad to me like this. I spoke personally to the manager to assured me that the screen would be overnighted. It was, then someone used it for another iPad. When they got mine in, they didn't call me to update me. I had to constantly call them. One tech said it was the loose charging port. The other said it wasn't. Then after having my iPad for THREE WEEKS, I finally got a call that it was ready. They also ordered another screen without a home button. You do this for a living. How do you not know what to order? Please keep in mind, this is the third screen. I showed up to pick it up and the excuses started. Ya see, it did start when I called you, but it turned off and isn't turning on. Could you come back tomorrow? Sure! Ugh!! But ok.... Next day. Screen comes in, she broke it. But don't worry, she called me and told me it was ready again. She forgot to mention that she broke the screen again. This time, it's non-repairable. So now I get the pleasure of not being able to access to my iPad to grab my old stuff. Neat. Yes, folks, again. And this picture here is how I took it home. The screen wasn't even attached. I know they went backwards on this one. The excuses started again, but I said ya know, let me just take it today and let's just be done. I've had enough of this run around. When the girl took me to the checkout counter, I asked how much they were actually going to charge me for and she said Word For Word ," well since this was my fu** up, we will only charge you for the battery." Wow. Super professional. She also then had to start searching for prices bc you know, me showing up was a surprise. This was a horrible, horrible experience. I don't know who owns this, but while I was there, they even gave two other customers the run around. If you're looking for the details on this situation if you have cameras, the date is Feb 5, 2024 at 2:00PM. I would rather risk giving my iPad to a local crack head to fix rather than these Yonks. They took the time to make me feel comfortable and helped with items I needed before the surgery and after. I can't tell you how appreciative I am for their kindness during this emotional time. They even sent me a handwritten card of encouragement that made my day.they took customer service to another level that day and I can't wait to go back in and thank them in person.

I went in to order a dress Saturday March 8th, of which I made a deposit check for. I called her…read morethe following Thursday the 13th to make sure the dress was ordered since my check had already been cashed, the owner Vicky Carrasco, then told me she was glad I called because the company didn't have my dress size. Mind you, this was FIVE days after I had been in and THREE days after she had already cashed my check! So I went back to her store that Thursday to place a second order. She told me that she had to place the order the next day because the company she orders from was already closed. So I left there, only to find a dress at Dillard's that following Sunday. I called her back early Monday morning so that she could put a halt on my order and asked if I could return the dress and possibly get a refund. She then said all sales were final and that the dress could arrive at any moment and that it was mine. NOTHING was done on her part to try and keep my business and in fact at one point when I was talking to her over the phone while I was expressing my grievance with this said policy she sat the phone down in the middle of our conversation to help someone in the store. She then picked up the phone and asked me if I was still talking?! While trying to resolve this matter, she hung up on me THREE times and said she had nothing to say to me. I have since contacted the Better Business Bureau and I am in the process of filing a police report. She has not contacted me since the afternoon of March 17th to correct this matter and she still had my $95! I will never do business with her again and I hope everyone thinks twice before going to her store. If you have to, get EVERYTHING in writing!!!! She is shady and has NO BUSINESS SENSE at all!

I wanted a local small business to solve my problem, but he's not it. I dropped my computer off on…read morea Thursday, said I think it's the video card or main board since I had already replaced the power supply. Heard nothing at all until I called on Saturday and was told "I'm looking at it." On Thursday (day 8) he said he's still looking at it but he thinks it might be the video card. At this point I've figured out he's just the kid down the street who knows computers a little bit more than average, but not somebody I want working on my machine, and he's not a kid, he's just a guy bullshitting me. So I called him on day 12 and he says he's waiting on a video card to test my machine, (because he's a reputable and competent computer repair company that doesn't have a working ATX box, right). He said he's waiting on the card and it will be delivered tomorrow. Then, about 20 minutes later, he called and the card had suddenly been delivered and he had already tried it and it didn't work. All that in the 20 minutes. That's wasn't a blatant lie, was it? The total net effect of taking my PC to him is that I'm out 20 bucks, which isn't too bad, but it took 12 days. I wish he had said he was incompetent at the beginning, that would have been worth 40 bucks in retrospect. His final experienced decision was that it was probably the main board or video card, exactly what I told him I thought it was 12 days earlier and he could have checked if he knew what he was doing and had the equipment and parts. The $20 isn't a deposit so he can figure out what's wrong with your computer, it's a fee you get charged for figuring out he doesn't know what he's doing.
