    We cancelled our service Sept 27, 2025 after being a Verizon customer for over 20 years. However,…read morewe continued to get bills. We called MULTIPLE times and spoke to foreigners working from home we could barely understand, and told them that we cancelled our account on Sept 27, 2025 and we wanted confirmation that our account was closed. And also to reverse the new charges on our account. They assured us the account was cancelled and they would be reversing any charges. We asked for email confirmation, and they said they would send it. We never get an email. A month goes by and we get ANOTHER bill, we repeat the process of calling and waiting a long time on the phone, tell them to send us a copy via email that everything is cancelled and we have a zero balance, "Yes, absolutely we will" nothing ever comes. We go another month, now the bill is up to $350+ I call back again and beg them to please get this fixed. By this point, they can't even find our phone number in their system. I'm beyond upset and frustrated at this point. Another month goes by and now we're in collections for nearly $500.00. I am going to the Midland TX store today and will be resolving this issue once and for all. I've never had worse outsourced customer service in my life. If I cannot get this resolved today, I'll be going on all social medias and repeating this same information about the absolute horrific service, along with inquiring about litigation with a local attorney. Edit: also for the past 30 minutes, I've been trying to call the local number 432.520.3535 and I cannot get anyone in that office to pick up. I get transferred to Atlanta eventually. Absolutely terrible service.

    This has been the WORST service I have ever dealt with. I was sent a confirmation email that I…read morewould have a technician be at my apartment between 9-10am. So I took the day off work, at 10:45 I called to see a status update and was told that they were running behind and would be there shortly. At 4:00pm I called them again and then was told that my timeframe was moved to 8am-8pm and I still had some time left to wait. At 7:45pm, still no call or no show from the AT&T technician. So, I call them a third time and after 2 hours of being on the phone they tell me I have to reschedule and the earliest date is 1 week from my original installation date. The worst part is, this is the SECOND time that this has happened with trying to get AT&T internet and cable installed. I will no longer be going through this company with any of their services.

I took them to optimum office in midland and they told me it had to be done over phone so I stayed in their office while I was on phone trying to cancel. Two hours later I FINALLY got a return label I took them immediately to fedex and sent them back. I thought it was done then got a notice they were taking 127.00 more dollars out of my account for mobile service do I called Optimum back and told them I canceled service within three days and shouldn't be charged anymore they told me they hadn't received them (do I looked up my tracking number . The phones were signed for in Ft worth texas and Optimum said they were still iin Texas and not where they needed to be so HOW IN THE DEVIL CAN I CONTROL WHO Signs FOR THEM????? THEY WERE DELIVERED AND SIGNED FOR BY A PERSON IN Ft Worth on the 15 th of December .
