I was initially told that true fiber-to-the-home internet service was available and would be installed at my residence. However, I was sent a cable modem instead of fiber equipment. Because I understand the difference between cable internet and fiber-to-the-home service, I contacted customer support before the installation appointment to confirm the correct service was being installed. During that call, I was reassured multiple times that fiber-to-the-home service would be installed and that the technician would arrive with the proper equipment. When the technician arrived the following day, he informed me that he did not perform fiber-to-the-home installations and did not have the ability to install the service I had been promised. Based on that information, I immediately canceled the installation. I was then told I would need to return the equipment before the refund process could begin. I returned the equipment within approximately one hour of cancellation. After returning the equipment, I was told the refund would be processed within 48 hours. It has now been over 96 hours, and after contacting customer service again, I was given conflicting information and told the refund would take an additional 3-4 days, with representatives stating there was nothing they could do to expedite the matter. My concerns are: - Misrepresentation of the type of internet service being offered - Inaccurate information provided by customer support - Poor coordination between customer service and field technicians - Delayed refund processing despite immediate equipment return

I have to say the customer service is epic! You may have to endure a wait but this crew can get everything transferred over ( even when the other carrier is being difficult) with a few clicks. The store manager herself gets 5 stars from me! So far the service has not let me down which was a concern when traveling in and out of Missouri. So happy I made the switch!

We took it in to troubleshoot it and the first person helped (a good visit) and told us he would have to order a replacement and it would be $20 to replace it under warranty. We were fine with that. We were notified it came in and the person that helped us got it turned on for us and we paid our $20. The watch would not connect and when we went to take it back into the store, my husband was told the watch would not work and we needed to wait for a replacement. They gave us a watch that they verified DID NOT WORK. My husband got notified the next watch was in and we got charged ANOTHER $20 for the replacement watch. The manager said we that because we took the watch out of the store - WHICH WAS A NON-WORKING WATCH - it was our responsibility to pay $20. This is not right at all!

We are very pleased with the service, speed, and have referred family and friends to them. In the past internet outage or slow service was always a problem, costs kept increasing and we had used every option available to us prior to hearing about and signing on to Wave internet. All of those past issues are no more and the time or two that we have had a question, the staff at Wave are on it and get it taken care of immediately. They are unlike big companies who could care less about their customers. We highly recommend Wave internet service!

I am in the Festus area and when I had an outage did everything, they asked for me to do but always had to reach out to them to find out what was next, then would get could be few days before someone to get to me. Which is unacceptable when you depend on it for work. If you are going to be in the area you need support in the area. Then when cancelling I called to see when a check would be sent for service not used. they were unsure and could not give a timeframe when that might happen. Like I said product work but the customer service side leaves something to be desired. Also, I did have access to my account, but I am unable to access it now for notes and billing

    A rating of one star is a stretch. But I ended up getting a phone from them anyway. Short version…read moreright as I enter the establishment I'm greeted with rudeness and a condescending looks and stare. Mind you I have a full Internet package TV phone and six mobile devices on their system and when I'm trying to upgrade one of my devices, it's a major inconvenience for them to go through options with me. Once we get into it, they're not even really familiar with the phone nor the process how to transfer data from the old one to the new one. Of course I'm concerned when they tell me they can get all the data except for the last year and a half of current time, which is unacceptable. Long process multiple hours. Finally got it but completely rude. Throwing glares at me and my family. They even dropped my new phone on the floor before I had time to even touch it myself. Well, I'm trying to be patient and courteous and I'm not receiving the same in return. If I didn't need the phone for my daughter, I would've been very rude in return and left, but I got what I needed, but I won't be coming back and I'll be going to a new carrier even if I have to suffer. I will not be returning and I will not be recommending them if anything steering people in a different direction, utterly an embarrassment to the company. The entire time I was there suffering through my own process. I was watching other customers experiencing near the same treatment and issues with products and services, not being for the customer, but against the customer.

    I went in to exchange a digital decoder box and get an M card and tuning adapter. After being told…read morethey didn't have either one the second girl pulled them out of the closet. I mentioned I need the USB cord for the tuning adapter and was promptly told they did not have one. After she disappeared in the back for 5 minutes returning with the cord, and now 5 customers deep behind me. She was unable to get the M Card or Tuning Adapter to scan into the computer so I was, of course, told they were bad and they would have to send a tech sometime next week. I don't live here full time so I left with nothing but a cavalier attitude of How they could care less about my cable problems. Come back next time you're down. Charter has a reputation of crappy service here. You can not get a phone number so you can call this office location. You have to drive all the way over there, no matter where you are, so you can find out they can't help you. Subsequent to this visit the 800# told me they have plenty of M cards on hand. I stayed an extra day only to be told once again, "we don't have any".
