He asked for $100 to buy a heater to place under the house and said he was going to dollar general in town (Tipton, Mo). He sent me a text saying they were out and would have to come back on Thursday morning. Thursday comes and he said he couldn't find heat tape, or a heater. I picked up the heat tape and he told me he would come on Thursday afternoon to get it done. Never showed up. He said he had tire issues and couldn't come after telling he would if I bought the heat tape. He then said he would be at the house Friday 1-2 to place the heat tape. So at 4:30 pm Friday he finally showed up to do the heat tape. Still not heater. It's now Saturday about 12:00 noon and it's still not fixed. He also did not replace the cover up for the entry way for the pipes.
