I found out that Laila is the store manager and I was able to get service from Emily. I though oh no. Laila already knows everything I want and now this will be a mess. Fortunately I was wrong. Emily was also very knowledgeable and professional and she was able to get me all taken care of in a jiffy split. A great deal, crazy good service and half the price I was paying at AT&T. Their attention to customer satisfaction exceeded my expectations! We live in a remote area south of Rolla and I was in town doing some shopping when my iPhone died. Neal helped me with a new battery, screen saver and screen repair. It was very evident that he loves his job and he is very good at it.
