Another mom ordered a mango refresher but was given a pineapple one instead. I specifically asked for no sparkling water in mine, but it still came with it. In the end, all the drinks tasted good once everything was sorted out, but the overall experience was frustrating.

Shortly after placing the order, I found out someone had already ordered two dozen bundtinis for the same event. I immediately called the store and asked if I could change the pickup date instead of getting a refund, since I would be ordering more for another event next month anyway. At first, the employee I spoke with was kind and allowed the date change. Unfortunately, I then received a call back saying the manager had decided it was "too late" because the bundtinis had already been prepped, even though my order had only been placed a short time earlier. I made it clear that I was not asking for my money back -- just to move the order to a later date. These were standard flavors that could easily be sold the next day, yet I was essentially told "too bad." The manager was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to work with a paying customer. They would rather throw product away than show even minimal flexibility. Extremely disappointing experience and easily the worst customer service I've had in town. I will not be returning.
