So we ended up being there at the right time and day to snag one of their modular sectionals, which was 5 pieces just missing the arm. It was a $6k couch, which we got for $400 and we ordered the missing arm, which ended up being $450 on it's own at retail, but still a major win. I did go at least 3x a week to see their fresh inventory for about 3 weeks straight while on the hunt for a good deal, but in the end, it was awesome. My wife and I venture out there anytime we visit the Wrentham Outlets. Our next haul will be for a dining table, which they do have at a 40-50% discount from time to time. We've bought light fixtures too, at a great discount, and little by little, outfitting our home with quality furniture pieces. If you're in the area, I highly recommend visiting.

Omar noticed I was struggling to load my cart with bagged mulch (I am a petite woman with a bad back - had back surgery a few years ago) He quickly came over to me to let me know he could make it much easier to get what I needed. He told me to check out for the mulch, drive out to the back and he would load it into my vehicle. I was so relieved! I did just that and Omar and Martin were there to load the mulch into my car - super friendly and helpful! I tried giving them a cash tip but they refused it. So I want to "tip them" by praising them through this review - they really made me feel like a valued customer - and saved my back - and I am extremely grateful!

I visited the store early August and was immediately hit with the lack of relief from the humidity outside while walking inside, it was just as hot, with absolutely no sign of air-conditioning and no fresh air - just really stagnant thick air ,feeling like I was in a warehouse with no power on, for sure.. I didn't find the store to be very organized. I have visited a few different Ollies and this one feels the least organized with a lot of randomness and slight organization, coupling like items in the same aisles, but no real sense of direction. No guidance via signage and if you haven't been there, you're kind of just walking around surprising yourself at what you might find. On top of the heat/thick air, I also found it very uncomfortable when I had to use the restroom. I was immediately hit with not a good smell and the facility itself didn't feel as clean and up-to-date as I would expect in 2026. There are some good deals there but nothing worth going out the way for in after I did just that today lol It didn't feel worth it for the trade off of buying things at. "Bargain" .
