Came back from a trip to find my a/c still blowing air but it was warm air. Called this company as I didnt want to mess with our aweful home warranty company and Tyler came out in a very timely manner. Saw the problem. Fixed the problem and had us up and running in less than an hour!! Now thats service for you. Very reasonably priced. And didn't over charge. Very thankful for the excellent service! read more

Ok, Long overdue... We were given Mark's name by family who said how great they were. While I was a bit skeptical because of their reviews this company is a gem. We bought a new place a year ago and they came out to charge up the AC on an old unit that we had no repair record for same day. Things worked for a while but that older unit was just done and by fall had leaked out all of the coolant. Naturally I called a whole bunch of places to get prices on a new system install and ended with a $16k price difference between most expensive and least. Assured Climate was one of the lowest cost for the type of system we got and did the most for our business having serviced the old unit the summer before. We were beyond happy with the service and the installation crew was super nice. This fall however, we had some issues with the new system they put in and I had to call them back (thinking now I would get the people that others here have complained about). Still the only thing I was met with was kindness and expedience. They were our here same day to look at the system and order the part. I have worked now with all three of the Lee's (Tyler, Kanyon, and Mark) and have nothing but good to say about these people. So far not one additional dime has been asked for and I have a system that is once again in full operation. I have not had to deal with any home warranty for the services I have needed, but for those that have perhaps you need to re-examine your warranty not the service men coming to your aid. These guys (as far as I am concerned) are a must call. read more

The basic thing they couldn't do was to wear a mask, when they enter the house. When provided with one, they refused. So I had to ask them to leave. Once they start working on the system, since we won't be near them, I don't care whether they wear a mask or not. read more

Do NOT use this company!!!!! They are awful! They will not even answer any phone!! They cancel repeatedly. I took two days off from work and they never showed read more

We have had to call them out a total of 5 times this year & instead of replacing a unit that has been in for 10 years they keep putting Freon in the unit knowing it was a leak ,so fast forward to the last time they came out they went under the house & said that the air handler was broke & we need to have it replaced & the part & labor would be 1,300 okay fine paid that & it's still been two weeks without air & they claim they are waiting for the part to come in atp I'm just over & will be looking for different company read more

I must say my experience with Assured climate was excellent!! Mark the technician located and fixed the problem in minutes after we have waited for this other crappy company called "Ecco-Tec" had us wait weeks and tried to rip us off for $400 for a part that our unit didn't even need Thank you for great service Assured Climate!!! read more

Assured Climate Heating & Cooling came to my house today to fix my outside A/C unit. They showed up when they said they would and were complete professionals. Kanyon and Tyler explained everything as we walked through the house as they checked dampers, ducts and tested the temperature of the vents. We went outside and they tested the unit itself to diagnose the problem. They explained the issue and fixed it all in a very timely manner. Unit is worker smooth while saving energy at the same time. Couldn't be happier. Job well done. Thanks again Kanyon and Tyler. Two super nice guys. I highly recommend this company. read more

After suffering through some horrible experiences with heating and cooling companies, this one was awesome! The technician was nice, knowledgeable, wore a mask and booties. He gets 5 stars . The company was supposed to an hour before he came and they didn't (thus the 4 star rating) but the technician was great. I think his name was Tyler. read more

Was assigned this company through our home Warranty. Our upstairs AC would stop working when it got above 80 outside. Assured came out twice and only checked coolant and capacitor. Since it was cool outside those days, no issue and they left after 15 min. On third request, I called and spoke to office manager who became extremely rude and aggressive when I explained my frustration with the company and requested accountability for their shortcomings. When I was told they're doing the best they can and I said it's not good enough because my HVAC is still broken, she proceeded to insult and berate me when I told her I would post reviews on their customer service problems. To be clear, the Techs that showed up were nice enough but did minimal investigation into the issue. The office staff were completely unhinged, rude and lacking any of the decorum necessary to deal with the public. Do not use this company if you expect professionals. They are far from it!!! read more

My home warranty had them come out to look at our duct work. We have not been getting good air flow in one room upstairs thinking it could be not sealed or torn duct work. Our warranty covers broken and torn duct work. They came out and didn't even go in the attic and barely in the crawl space (which they would have found a known hole). He put his hand to the vent saying we had "air flow". Why did I pay someone to come out to put their hand up to a vent to tell me there's air flow?? I could do that myself! The whole point was to check the duct work and make sure it's in good condition, but he didn't even try to look around. Apparently putting your hand to a vent saying it has airflow makes you an HVAC technician. Very unprofessional and literally wasted our time. Told us we can fix it ourselves. read more

Mark is knowledgeable, competent, prompt and honest - 100% the type of person you want to let in your house to do work. His prices are fair, he sets expectations well and has responded quickly when needed. I have used Assured twice now - once when the heat pump went out during 15 degree weather. Both times he got us up and running quickly with a minimal of fuss and expense. Thanks Mark!! read more

My 70yo in-law had to use this company via home warranty. After being told system needed a part replaced - with no paperwork provided, she waited 2 months in mid summer heat for the part to 'arrive'. Was told warranty company was to blame for supplier delay. Search of part online was in stock elsewhere but that would be going the extra mile I guess. Fast forward to replacement- after being charged $130+ per pound of refrigerant which is normal $45, it all leaked out in a day. 2nd call to now replace yet another failed part that 'just started leaking'. Odd. The original call was for system freezing up- which is due to no refrigerant. Weird. Tech then stated they do not work on the failed part and she'll have to call another company. Finally took solid advice- called new company who advised it had been leaking clearly for some time and some work wasn't even completed but charged for- and only paid 45$ for refrigerant as expected. Charged 1200$ for nothing and most likely wrong diagnosis. Called credit card company, BBB, and the state. Finally- credit card company stated they were reversing charge for services not provided. Otherwise she would have paid 2700$ for a warrantied part and a leak. Absurd. A woman then called my in-law to complain and actually yell at her. Yelled at a retired, fixed budget, widow, with no a/c for July and August. Nice and unprofessional. She asked why they were not given a chance to fix it- um the tech stated 'no'. That's on them. Beware. Zero stars. read more

Called this guy for a rental of mine. Had to pay extra for a weekend call. No big deal. Came out and charged $150 and said my thermostat was broken and left. $150 to diagnose a broken thermostat? That was a little high but wouldn't have minded paying it if he was right. Well he was wrong. There was a hole in my line and no Freon. Got someone else out there who knew what they were doing. They explained everything to me and showed me the hole (which I had fixed a long time ago before) so I knew they weren't blowing smoke. They recharged the system and it worked like a champ. Thanks...for nothing I guess. read more

Assured Climate Heating and Cooling WARNING! This company (Mark) came out to service our gas furnace and caused a propane leak in our home then refused to come back out to fix his mistake. We had to have the fire department come out and they evacuated our home and could not let us back in until the problem was resolved. Again, Mark REFUSED to come back out to fix his mistake. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY OR YOU COULD DIE OR BLOW UP YOUR HOME! read more
