She was courteous and very helpful and offered me a coffee and I waited for the gentleman to inspect my vehicle. This person was Nigel , a very kind and helpful person. I then met Ramsey, a very caring and extremely helpful person. Ramsey is the head of the operation. If you have met him you will know what I am referring to. Ramsey has your interest at heart, and only want to get the job done correctly and you make sure you are satisfied which is exactly my experience. My experience continued when I met Christina, a lovely and helpful individual, Christina made me feel like a family, she went out of her way to ensure that I was satisfied with the job. The estimate process was easy to schedule. Took 5 minutes. Had to wait 3-4 days to hear back that parts had to be ordered and they call when they were ready. A call came about 1 week later. They had a rental car ready for us and they took the car for the body work. It took a little longer than I would have expected (~ 2 weeks). Don't matter as we had the rental. Well, the car was fixed perfectly. You would never know there was an accident. The insurance paid and we had no issues. I would certainly return to Concord Collision. I spent close to $2000 with Modern Automotive Technology for a problem with my 2020 Honda Civic…read morethat was never repaired by them. Dealing with Modern Automotive Technology on Confederation Pkwy in Concord, Ontario (owned by Maxim "Max" Voloshin) has been one of my worst experiences. When I went there I told them that the problem was probably the radar unit because another mechanic had told me that. The initial problem was that multiple warnings were constantly being displayed on my dash. They tried to repair the problem without replacing the radar unit and charged me hundreds of dollars. It worked for two days. I brought it back a second time and at that point they said I needed a new radar unit. I decided to go ahead with that. After spending another few hundred dollars the problem was still not fixed. At that point they told me the windshield had to be replaced because there is a camera in the windshield. I did not trust them to continue working on my car so I had the windshield changed with another company. The problem still was not solved, so they were wrong about changing the windshield. I finally brought it to Markham Honda and they said the radar unit was not installed properly, was damaged and would have to be replaced again a second time. They also said the harness was damaged by the previous shop (Modern Automotive). It is working now but they said the damage to the harness might need to be repaired in the future which would cost $5800.
