Tuesday April 12, 2016…read more To: Mike Dagg Owner/Operator Uniglass Plus - Ziebart 453 Second Street W Cornwall, ON Dear Mike, On Saturday April 9th, 2016, I had my vehicle (2016 Toyota Corolla) at your place of business for a rust prevention treatment - undercoating. I feel compelled to write to you to tell you how very impressed and pleased I was with the effort and the care that you and your employee, Ronnie, put into the work performed on my vehicle that day. It seemed to me that your employee, Ronnie, took his time and paid close attention to every detail as it related to the work performed on my vehicle (Preparation and application of rust prevention/undercoat spray). I was also impressed with the fact that he replaced the complete rear window tint film due to a bubble supposedly caused by a tiny hair - of all things! Also, at one point that morning you loaned me your personal vehicle so that I can run a short errand while waiting for my own car. And, in addition to this, you offered me a can of rust protectant spray at no charge! You also have another employee who does undercoating (Sorry, I don't remember his name. Mark, I think?) I have been very impressed with the attention to detail he gave to my previous vehicle (2012 Jeep) when brought in for treatment in the past. All of this did not go un-noticed by me and I feel it should not go un-noticed by others too. I will be happy to recommend Uniglass Plus - Ziebart, Cornwall location, to others when the opportunity presents itself - I already have. Again, I would like to sincerely thank you for the attention you gave to me and my property (vehicle). As one who is very particular when it comes to his vehicle (just ask my wife), such treatment is noticed and truly appreciated. Thank you. Very sincerely, Andrew Ferguson
