I feel compelled to write to you to tell you how very impressed and pleased I was with the effort and the care that you and your employee, Ronnie, put into the work performed on my vehicle that day. It seemed to me that your employee, Ronnie, took his time and paid close attention to every detail as it related to the work performed on my vehicle (Preparation and application of rust prevention/undercoat spray). I was also impressed with the fact that he replaced the complete rear window tint film due to a bubble supposedly caused by a tiny hair - of all things! Also, at one point that morning you loaned me your personal vehicle so that I can run a short errand while waiting for my own car. And, in addition to this, you offered me a can of rust protectant spray at no charge! You also have another employee who does undercoating (Sorry, I don't remember his name. Mark, I think?) I have been very impressed with the attention to detail he gave to my previous vehicle (2012 Jeep) when brought in for treatment in the past. First day of my family's vacation and enroute from Mississauga to Nova Scotia. In the middle of the…read morenight we hit a deer, everyone was fine but we had the really uncomfortable experience if leaving our van in a parking lot of an area we weren't familiar with as we continued our vacation with a rental. In a very reasonable time I got a call from Vince, the Manager of this location. Vince spent about half an hour carefully explaining every detail of the repair process including parts and labour. He went into as much detail as I requested about warranty on their work and why work was being performed. He explained why one airbag deployed but another didn't in a way that was professional and reassuring, I definitely felt like I was talking to someone who understood my vehicle. He even understood details of my insurance policy, including deductibles and coverages that I didn't. If you are looking to deal with someone who is empathetic and patient with your questions then Vince is your man! I haven't seen the quality of the work yet but if it's half as good as as Vince's service I will be very happy.
