Within 10 minutes they identified the problem and provided me a solution that later worked. No fee requested. On April 14, I returned again without an appointment and explained further problems with my install. This time I suggested a consult fee to which they agreed. Looking up car specific fuse block information, they again identified the solution and requested I pull my car into the shop to show me the correct fuse block location for my application. Then as I watched using their supplies they did the final power supply install for the front camera. 15 minutes later all was working as the manufacturer intended. As a DIYer I like to learn by doing and in this case watching but if I did not, I wouldn't hesitate to contract them. I did not expect the additional installation using their shop supplies, so I doubled the consult fee which was still very reasonable. Thanks guys for treating a double walk-in so professionally. However, things took a turn after the job was done. About a week after the tinting, I rolled my windows down for the first time, and the tint on the driver's side window peeled away. While I understand that things like this can happen and expected an easy fix, it unfortunately became a frustrating process. When I brought up the issue, the great communication I initially experienced completely stopped. It felt like a battle just to get them to acknowledge the problem and agree to fix it. After about a week of trying to get help, I decided to go to the shop in person. Thankfully, I was able to get some assistance, but the second attempt at fixing the tint was even worse than the first. It seems like they didn't clean the window properly before reapplying the tint, as there's visible dirt and old adhesive trapped underneath. While the staff was friendly at the beginning, the lack of follow-through and attention to detail on the repair left me disappointed. I really wanted to give this shop a glowing review because the initial impression was so positive, but unfortunately, the outcome and poor communication after the issue arose left me dissatisfied. I hope they improve their processes for addressing issues in the future.

I feel compelled to write to you to tell you how very impressed and pleased I was with the effort and the care that you and your employee, Ronnie, put into the work performed on my vehicle that day. It seemed to me that your employee, Ronnie, took his time and paid close attention to every detail as it related to the work performed on my vehicle (Preparation and application of rust prevention/undercoat spray). I was also impressed with the fact that he replaced the complete rear window tint film due to a bubble supposedly caused by a tiny hair - of all things! Also, at one point that morning you loaned me your personal vehicle so that I can run a short errand while waiting for my own car. And, in addition to this, you offered me a can of rust protectant spray at no charge! You also have another employee who does undercoating (Sorry, I don't remember his name. Mark, I think?) I have been very impressed with the attention to detail he gave to my previous vehicle (2012 Jeep) when brought in for treatment in the past.
