The large ones consisted of wool and cotton and were very expensive so we wanted to make sure they were in good hands. (Total: ~$4,200) The smaller ones consisted of wool and jute and were equally expensive and we know that jute is a tricky material to work with. (Total: ~$800) We were also able to get our queen sized bed frame cleaned when they arrived and just had to pay the additional charge. Some places would charge you extra to get last minute additions when they arrive but NY Steamers did not! Meyer was quick to respond to all my questions and so flexible with arranging a time. He was so accommodating and all of his team members were so respectful, informative and friendly! The prices are super reasonable and so I decided to book him again to clean our couch. Second Service: I contacted Meyer to get a quote for our 2 seater and chaise and he responded right away with the price. It was a reasonable deep cleaning price and because I was so in love with the service the first time, we went ahead and scheduled a time for the cleaning. We had scheduled a late afternoon cleaning however the day of Meyer contacted and asked if we can have it earlier. It ended up working better in terms of my schedule! The guy quickly came and settled everything and less than 30 minutes later our couch had 99% of the stains removed! I couldn't be any happier. Instead I had to block their number because they kept trying to solicit me even after I told them I was unhappy after my last transaction. Enough already.** And now they are name-calling and sending nasty messages. How about instead of that, they look at their information and admit they short changed me and make it right! Silver was higher when I sold to them the last time, and I got less per ounce than the time before!!! They are only worried about their reputation and don't seem to care about cheating a customer. I…read moreunfortunately didn't catch the inspector's name, but he was amazing and looked over my kitchen and bathroom where I've been dealing with persistent leaks from an upstairs neighbor and shoddily done repairs by my property manager's "mold guys". He identified areas of moisture that I wasn't aware of and took his time making sure everything was looked over. He also took samples I requested. He was great and so nice and explained everything in so much detail! I don't have the report yet since it was just done last night but just wanted to let his team know he was great!
