They provide you with everything you need for your loved ones care! I really appreciate their attentiveness and ability to provide me with caregivers that are unique to my request. They are timely and caring. They also ensured that the needs of the clients are met satisfactorily. As a healthcare worker myself it was important for me to find the right help for my family member. I had contacted so many agencies that and informed them of what procedure I will be having and the services that is needed, I either got. Someone will call me back, or the selective person that I need to speak to you is not in the office. So feeling out of luck I decided to contact Brimar Services . I explained to them of my procedure and the need that need to be met before my procedure. The intake receptionist had transferred me to the coordinator and she listened to my wants needs and concerns. Moving forward she made me feel important. And she allowed me to schedule a day and time that I am able to do a meet and greet with her and her Registered Nurse. I'm sorry I forgot her name. When they arrive, I explained what's going on and the nurses did an assessment. I was kind of hesitant on certain things but coordinator reassure me that I am in good hands. I gave her my time that I need a home healthcare worker to do the essentials, such as bathing, cleaning, cooking and just be a companion. Nevertheless doing my laundry when needed. I have a pet and the staff just love my pet shih tzu. When the staff arrive they immediately attends to my needs and I feel happy and safe. When they at my home they make sure that I have no Worries, one good thing I like they don't be on their phones. It's complete dedication !!!! Thanks Brimar services staff and admin!! When you call and complain she mock you. Home attendants told that she does not provide for them a full pay which they deserve. She did not hold any of her promises after you become a client. She will bring a stress and discord to your family. Management does not take your complaints seriously and covers her. Stay away from this agency by all means!
