They gave a great bid to put install. We even chose to do 2 doors, given their great rate. Flash forward to 6 months later we found a small (but significant) installation error on one of the doors. Rather than haggle and hassle, they came right out and fixed it at ZERO extra cost. (As expected.) On top of that: The fix came right on time. I have continually had terrible service with ADT. For security itself, the timing of when the…read morealarm went off and the time they called was a half hour so not super fast response. On a regular basis, when I call for help, customer service is super slow. Each phone call has been at least 30 minutes with most of it being waiting on hold. ...The worst yet has been when they are scheduled to come here and show up with the wrong parts, This then means more phone calls where most of my time is on hold and another day where I have to block off time on my schedule. If you are looking for a new security system, consider someone else. I too will be shopping very shortly.

One of my exterior cameras has been out of commission for over a year, and despite continuing to pay for it, nothing has been resolved. The camera is mounted so high that it's completely out of reach for me to troubleshoot on my own. When I finally contacted ADT to request a technician, I was told I'd have to pay over $100 just for someone to come out--before any actual repairs. On top of that, they charge an additional fee for every 15 minutes the technician is there. I already pay a premium for this system, which includes multiple cameras, a booster, and an alarm system, so it's frustrating to feel like support comes with a price tag every step of the way. To make matters worse, the overall system performance is unreliable. The connection is consistently poor, and my doorbell camera only works when it feels like it. For what I'm paying, I expected much better reliability and customer service. Once my contract ends, I'll definitely be switching to a company that's more dependable and puts its customers first. ADT might be a big name, but my experience has been far from premium.

Imperial was able to remove the pre-exisiting cameras and install the new system seamlessly. They were able to provide the best options for the type of system that we needed. The best part of the system was the ability to see the cameras from your cellphone. The property that I managed wanted that feature and I was able to distribute the proper steps to use that feature, and the residents were thrilled to be able to view the lobby area from their phones. The second time I used them, I had no idea that they were bidding for the camera upgrade and I immediately recommended them. The installation time was as promised. Imperial Surveillance made sure that the property had what it needed. If you need a camera security system, I highly recommend Imperial Surveillance.

They began breaking after 3 months and we just replaced all 12 of them last week with a company that warrantees their cameras for 2 years. I would DEFINITELY not recommend doing business with this company.
