If you have some time to read my novel, it's worth reading. So, I'm writing my very first review to share my wonderful experience I had with Asrari Endodontics from start to finish!
When I called and made my appointment with the office for a root canal, the front office girls were extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to get in a week later for my appointment.
As I arrived, I was greeted very kindly and was called in for my procedure few minutes after my scheduled time, which I was very pleased. Something like this, you just want to get in and get it over with.
When I got back into the room, Dr. Trond Hegle and his assistant went over the procedure and asked me if I had any additional questions for them. Of course I did my research prior, so I was familiar with what they were talking about.
Before starting the numbing process, Dr. Hegle did a few different tests on my tooth to pinpoint the root cause of my problem. At this point prior to seeing Dr. Hegle, I had a couple other oral surgeries to resolve my sensitivity of my tooth, but still no luck resolving my issue. I was not able to chew on my left side of my mouth for 2 years at this time, which was absolutely a pain and inconvenient. After the tests that Dr. Hegle performed, the procedure began.
As I mentioned before, I had other oral surgeries in the past, hence, I wasn't new to this but I had never had a root canal until about 2 weeks ago. It was the easiest and most comfortable oral surgery I have ever experienced, which is kind of odd to say as you can imagine.
To help ease the situation, they offered a comfortable neck pillow to provide support, while I was laying in the chair and handed me an IPod with headphones, where I was able to pick my music of choice, country of course. The music was definitely a nice added touch to minimize the drilling sound of my tooth plus it helped get my mind off of what was actually happening at that time. The office also used some sort of putty to keep my mouth open. As a result, it prevented my jaw from getting sore, which really did helped immensely. All I had to do at this time was absolutely nothing, just lay back and listen to my music.
Before I knew it, I was done and was given instructions on what to expect after my procedure, which was simple enough. It's almost 2 weeks post root canal and my left side of my mouth is finally starting to feel back to normal, meaning I can finally put some pressure on my tooth and chew softer food, yay! I'm so thrilled to have a great outcome of my procedure!!! The entire office staff at Asrari Endodontics have been fantastic and offered amazing service and gave me my quality of life back!
Thank you to the staff for a great overall experience and fixing my issue! I would most definitely refer them to anyone!
