Cons: I expected the lawn to be disturbed but did not expect the amount of ruts that were left behind. I have used heavy equipment before, much heavier than what was used here, and did not leave half the damage. It's all about the least amount of travel to achieve the goal. In this case, it was a rubber track loader and a few turns were made that, well, did a number on the yard. But I am OK with the yard as a load of top soil and some sod will take care of the problem. What I am really disturbed about is the damage to the edge of my asphalt driveway. The edge of the asphalt where the machine left the grass and traveled onto the driveway literally crushed the edges of the asphalt. They knew they did it because they got some cut wood from my trailer in the driveway and put the wood down to ride over. It didn't work and the wood pieces were left there imbedded in the soil. I know things happen but I wished they would have said something to me. I probably will not use them again, but happy that the tree is down.
