Extremely Poor Customer Service…read more My experience with this company has been frustrating from start to finish. Jade and Char were incredibly rude and unprofessional--both hung up on me multiple times when I simply asked to speak with the owner. The office staff as a whole was consistently unhelpful and disrespectful. The company began a job on June 19th, removing limbs from one side of a large tree. Then they left the job incomplete, with the tree leaning toward my house--posing a serious risk during summer storms. Despite my increasing concern, the office repeatedly canceled and rescheduled appointments without explanation. When I questioned their handling of the situation and again requested to speak with the owner, I was told they "would not tolerate" my behavior--just for asking reasonable questions--and they ultimately refused to complete the job. Unreliable, unprofessional, and shockingly rude. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Highly Recommend Cleartree Tree Services!…read more This is the third time in 15 years we've used Cleartree, and once again, they exceeded expectations. Every time we've needed tree work, we've gathered multiple quotes--and Cleartree has always been the most affordable or very close to it. But what truly sets them apart is their professionalism, efficiency, and care for the property. This time around, we had some routine yard maintenance and one large pine tree removed due to excessive moisture damage. Their quote was very reasonable, and they got us scheduled within just a couple of weeks. From start to finish, communication was excellent. I received a confirmation text the day before, along with helpful instructions for prepping the area (moving vehicles, etc.). Their crew showed up early--trucks were waiting by 7:50 AM for an 8:00 start--and right on time, the foreman knocked on the door, walked through the plan, and confirmed all the details before getting started. By 8:10 AM, they were working on the 40-50 ft tree, and by 8:40, it was safely down--without so much as a branch touching anything else. Shortly after, they ground the stump and leveled the area so well that if it weren't for the fresh soil, you'd never know a tree had been there. Not only did they protect the yard using plates for the skid steer, but they also raked up every last branch and twig from the pruning and takedown process. Honestly, the yard looked cleaner when they left than when they arrived. By 11:30 AM, they were wrapped up--just in time for the incoming storms. As always, Cleartree was: Prompt Professional Meticulous in cleanup Affordable Exceptionally skilled Even though I always get other quotes, Cleartree continues to earn my business because of the trust I have in the quality of their work and how they treat my property. If you're considering any tree maintenance or removals, I highly recommend giving them a call. You'll be glad you did!

Edit: It was your company. If you would like to come back and clean it up that'd be great. And I'd update my three reviews left on various platforms. I wasn't even given the option to have all the debris cleaned up. Not even for more $ or anything. I told them I had no clue about the process and I guess instead of explaining they would leave all this stuff behind (which doesn't equate to the "removal" i requested) they just figured they saw someone they could get one over on. I thought they would just fill the hole but no it's a debris field. Very upsetting. We cleaned up some of it using contractor bags (and you can't even tell it's so much) and even the recycling guys who pick up yard waste said it was too heavy and they weren't going to take it anymore.
