Really disappointed with my experience at Aspire Post Oak today, Wednesday February 11, 2026 around 5:06 pm. Aspire shares a parking garage with Solidcore and offers valet service for guests. While I was sitting in my car with the engine on inside the parking garage, an Aspire valet employee hit my car twice with the door of the vehicle he was parking. I immediately rolled my window down and told him he hit my car. He just said "sorry." I asked him if there was any damage and instead of checking, he ignored my question, said sorry again, and walked away while I was getting out to inspect my car myself. He made no effort to assess the situation or make sure my vehicle was okay. I called the front desk right away to report it. The woman who answered took my name and phone number and said someone would follow up. I am still waiting to hear back. For a property that advertises itself as Houston's number one luxury high rise, you would expect better. Staff should treat residents and guests' vehicles with care. This was handled very unprofessionally and was extremely disappointing. read more

Came to check out this high luxury apartment complex on a friend recommendation. It is very nice that they offer complementary valet to their residence and guest, that is a really nice touch, especially if you're busy and or just wanna get to your apartment quickly. At first, when coming in, everybody at the valet was very nice, but when approaching the door, the facility seemed a little dingy. The front door had finger marks and oily spots, the staff seemed a little distracted at the front desk, on their phones. As we tour the place, a lot of the amenities were very nice. They had a residence lounge, which was big and nice for meeting with groups or even working from home office spots. They did have a nice outdoor seating and grilling place, the pool was definitely on the smaller side. they did have a cabana style lounging area. We toured the pet area, which seemed unkept since there was dog remains over the grounds. Overall, for the price, I will say there are definitely better places that are more well-maintained that I will be considering. read more

What could improve? SAFETY. I am writing this on behalf of my parents. If you think this building is safe, think twice. They lived in a penthouse on the 40th floor. We were visiting due to the hurricane. One day everyone was out of the unit, I decided to take my baby over to Target. We came back and noticed that their unit had been ransacked and robbed!!!!! Within such a short window. Money, watches, jewelry, and handbags. Their mattresses had been flipped over... they had gone through all of my daughter's toys etc. How the heck does that happen in such a "secure" building. You think after that security would be improved? Wrong. Just weeks later cars were broken into, one of them being my dad's. Maybe it's an inside job? Maybe it's a fellow resident? And the camera on my dad's door lock *just so happened to be broken*. The good stuff: Mesa is so awesome!! We are all going to miss seeing him. read more

I've had a really great experience at Aspire! The maintenance team is always quick to respond, and the amenities are top-notch. Aryana has been incredibly helpful and always goes above and beyond. Highly recommend living here! read more

I aspire to write great reviews, and I hope this is one of them, you can judge for yourself though honestly people. This is a pretty amazing residence, and personally I would love to live here if it wasn't for the fact that it's way out of my price range. The views are spectacular, and the apartments are pretty, however some of the elements of management and rules are not so great, but it is one of the places that I would aspire to live to if I could afford it if you will forgive the pun. If you value SAFTEY, PRIVACY, and PEACE OF MIND, this is not the apartment for you!!! I moved into Aspire the week it opened because I enjoyed the beautiful property, luxury amenities, and location. Two months after moving in I traveled out of the country and had a friend house sit for me. During my leave, building manager Tommy Ku barged into my apartment with off duty HPD courtesy officer Ali Mc Henry. Tommy violated my space going through every closet, cabinet, and drawer in my apartment. During this apartment raid Tommy inappropriately questioned my guest and discussed details regarding my lease. After four days of emailing Tommy and his regional manager Crystal Jackson, with no written or verbal explanation as to why, corporate finally set up a call. On this call I was informed the reason my unit was entered without informing me was to do an "inspection" to make sure I was really living there and anyone in the apartment was "supposed" to be there. During the course of my lawsuit I found out they thought I was doing Airbnb which I wasn't. From the top of The Dinerstein Companies to the bottom Tommy Ku, Aspire has taken no accountability. Issues I experienced during my time at Aspire ⁃ Concierge and patrol attempting to let someone into my unit at 2am without my knowledge. ⁃ Concierge letting guests up to my unit without my permission. ⁃ Building manager barging into my unit and going through my things. ⁃ Documented lies from several company representatives. read more

Aspire is the best place to live in Houston, hands down. I moved here from Chicago and knew no one in the city. Aspire is the reason I found my best friends and a community of people where I belong. I always feel safe in the building, the amenities are wonderful, and the workers in the building are top tier. If you are planning to move to Aspire, do not hesitate to do so. Ask for Aryana Tarchala as well- she is so knowledgeable, professional, and friendly - she is simply the best! read more

I love Aspire so much that I've actually moved four times within the same building. I keep getting a bigger space. It makes me sad to see people leaving negative reviews who don't even live here. I also think if you live here and you haven't been 100% happy you have to understand that not everything can be perfect every single day in life, I've watched Tommy and the girls..Mesa and all of the Valet goes so far out of their way to help me. From small things like trying to find a package to just helping me get around when I was recovering from surgery. I've lived in a few high-rise buildings. Lady in the front with super short brown hair & braids was BEYOND rude!! Wasn't aware there was 30 floors happened to get off on the wrong floor. Then I had to go down the elevator. Once again, I asked her to let me up to the 30th floor where I needed to be and she started questioning me as if I was a child of why I missed the floor. Somebody needs some better customer service training skills. read more

I would love for Tommy to take this same approach towards the suspicious people that Me and my neighbors have been reporting for months. He seems to no longer be taking any actions to keep us our community safe. So now these suspicious criminals are allow around the property at all hours. lack of management. Seems like they just wrote their own positive reviews. We've contact enough with no actions. For those consideration to live here. Just know that this building allows anyone to rent out their unit to anyone on the streets. I guess it's easy money and a city place to crash. Easy access to give to anyone with the latch app code. Garage is easy to enter come and go. No one checks anything being reported. They all just turn away from dealing with the real issues. Very disappointing with such a beautiful building. I have lived here for almost two years and I can't wait to sign my lease again for 2025-26'. Whenever I have had a maintenance request or needed help Messa, Aryana, Amilcar & Taylor have not only been reliable, but incredibly professional. This is the first maintenance team that I have seen execute this thorough and precise. You can really tell they care. I signed with Aryana in 2022 and she didn't miss a detail while touring; she was patient and showed me countless units until I found my home. I recommend each of my friends to move here because of the amenities and gorgeous views but also because of the safety precautions taken. Special shoutout to the security and valet teams, they're efficient and help create the feeling of luxury. read more

This has to be the best living space in all of Houston! From the moment you meet the leasing staff, they make you feel welcomed and excited to be part of a community. The building has valet service that's very courteous and professional. Once you get the amenity area, which is one of the best I've ever been in, everything is always kept clean and quiet. Their gym has views all around and has to be one of the best in building gyms I've had access to. When it comes to the actual living space itself, the floor plans are some of the best especially with the views in each unit. I was so excited to apply and knew this was the place for me the day i stepped into the building. On top of that, you cannot beat the location. Whole Foods across the street, quick eating shops on the side of the building. It's about a 5 min walk to uptown park (more dining and coffee) Commute isn't bad either. You're dead on center from everything. I'd say it's perfect place to live! read more

PREDATORY FEES ARE PROBABLE I went in prior to touring and told them I will be paying the year up front during the tour booking process. According to Jolee and Mesa they "do not do that here" Jolee went further to say "it messes up our accounting" Can someone explain to me how if signing a contract locks you into a rate why that rate should be fluctuating enough to mess up accounting? Shouldn't there be a base calculation to determine the potential gains and losses so that it can be adjusted before the initial payment is made? They didn't even try to retain me as a potential tenant with $30k up front. I've never rented somewhere that refused a cashiers check from my bank to pay the full year. This leads me to question if there are predatory fees involved and I don't recommend this complex if you're someone like me who prefers to avoid the tactics that corporations try to force on their unsuspecting tenants. Needless to say I cancelled my tour and will be going somewhere that will accept my money. read more

I wouldn't recommend it! I expect returned phone calls and excellent customer service. I did not receive that when dealing with Aspire. It was disappointing considering the caliber of the building. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. read more

I've had the best experience with Aspire post oak - from start to finish ... the leasing office is soo accommodating and helpful which is a very refreshing feeling. They allowed me to take my time with picking the right floor plan for me. Taylor Victoria Tommy and Jolie are all amazing! Guest service is amazing ! Real Valet Service and the concierge is also so attentive and detail orientated. So far it's been worth every penny for true luxury. I compared a few other high rises in area and actually lived in another high rise in river oaks area and none of these so far even compare. Newest and most secure ! read more

I had my first client tour this past week at Aspire with Jolee. She was absolutely amazing, great energy and knew every little detail about the property. You could tell she was very passionate and she made my client feel right at home. My client applied that night and was approved the next day. Also thanks to Tommy the manager, great guy.
