Aspire Lounge needs to aspire. It's just Ok, or "good enough" to pass the time. The contract lounge is too small and can easily be filled to capacity. I gained entry because of Star Alliance and EVA, but it is a hefty walk from the G gates. If you want to give Aspire a try and your plane departs from F or G, give yourself 15 minutes even if using the moving sidewalks. Luckily the last two times in Aspire I was able to grab at small table by the windows. Tip 1: Watch who is getting ready to leave. Tip 2: Electrical outlets are hidden under the windows near the floor, and you will get on your hands and knees to find them and plug in. Hot food is Indonesian inspired, and was meh. Pretty bland for Indonesian, but maybe that's the typical guest palate. I thought the mushroom cream soup was really good and I went back for seconds. One beer is on tap, the rest are bottled. Wine was really cheap generic Spanish red and white. Basic liquor was available and all beverages were self-serve. Table bus and clean staff were good and made frequent rounds. Aspire makes me curious if the One World lounge which shares the entrance is the same or better or worse. Maybe a Yelper knows. read more

The Aspire Lounge is a good lounge overall, and I'd use it again. The biggest drawback is its location if you're flying to a non-Schengen destination. It took me about 15 minutes to walk to the lounge and another 20 minutes to get from the lounge to my gate, so plan on losing 35-40 minutes just walking. Once inside, though, it was comfortable and a nice place to relax. The food selection was just okay, but there were decent drink options, including a self-service bar where you can make your own cocktails. I also appreciated the ice cream station, which was a nice touch. Overall, it's a pleasant lounge experience--just be sure to allow extra time if your gate is in the non-Schengen area. read more

Skip it! Long walk, high chance agent will turn you away no matter what program/status you have or ask you join an hour long waiting list, then you're walking a long way back to your gate anyway. Better options in the terminal for food than fighting the lounge horde for some scraps. read more

Easy layover location. I was there for about an hour on a Wednesday morning. Slight wait(10-15 mins) they offered vouchers if you didn't have time and needed to grab a bite in the airport. This is one of a few lounges at the Amsterdam airport. The wait time to gain access to this lounge was expected and understandable. Once, inside the selection of food items was a bit disappointing. However, the staff did a great replenishing the food and ensuring tables were cleaned and dishes removed. Beautiful lounge! When you enter through the automatic doors, there will be two counters, and the counter for the Aspire Lounge will be on the right. Their food selection is mainly vegetarian, with salads, pastries, seasoned rice, and more. They also have an ice cream cart, which is neat. There is plenty of seating throughout the lounge, and the restrooms are clean. My only feedback is that they should serve meats! read more

Had a long layover at AMS, over 3 hours and I visited this lounge after waiting about an hour in the waitlist (this was expected). Waiting wasn't too bad because two floors below, there were a bunch of loungers by the window so I just took a nap, occasionally checking my position on the waitlist. It was during breakfast hours and the food was just okay, but I still appreciate not paying €25 for quick bites elsewhere. I especially enjoyed their tomato and paprika soup. Okay lounge (if you can get in). Aspire lounge 41 offers access to non-shengen flights only (there is another lounge for Schengen flights). There is a QR code you must scan to get onto the wait list, and when it's your turn (the webpage will turn from your waitlist number to green - your turn), you have ten minutes to get upstairs and check into the lounge. The wait was about an hour to get in, but once inside, I appreciated how clean and stocked it was (I didn't feel it was as busy as past lounges in the US I've been to). Ambiance is nice, with comfortable couches throughout the lounge. Food was okay, with various desserts, breads/croissants, cold cuts and a soup. Drinks were better, as they had soda, wine, and some alcohol you could pour yourself. All in all, okay for priority pass, but I wouldn't go out of my way to purchase a pass here. read more

Ok lounge at best, definitely not worth paying to get in, I only went because I have priority pass. First of all, the lounge is crowded, seems like there is always a queue.. you can scan the QR code in the front and they will notify you when it's your turn. I was #40 and it took about 25 mins to get in. The lounge itself had pretty underwhelming choices for breakfast (I came at 10:45am). My friend had Priority Pass and we were able to go in with him with no problems. There is some hot food in the front but it was mostly basic food like bread, chips, deli meat, cheese, pasta salad, and soup. I did try the mushroom soup and thought it was pretty decent. It was rich and creamy and the mushroom pieces weren't large which I appreciated. There is also some fruit such as apples and bananas. They also have beer and wine. The seating is a bit odd. It's almost a bit too open in my opinion like a strange library hall or something. There are some booths but the booths don't seem to fit more than two people. It's decent in terms of airport lounges but I'm not that picky since I don't normally have airport lounge access anymore. read more

This was by far one of the worst unaspriring lounges that I've visited. You know it is bad when you can't even get regular water at the lounge. The vending machine spewed out bitter mineral water which I did not want. The only somewhat consumable item was the Heineken on tap, but you couldn't even pour oneself a proper beer as the staff did not stock the area with the proper beer glassware. As a Priority Pass holder, I brought my mom in with me for a quick breakfast around 7AM. We were able to easily find seats. Food-wise, most of the offerings were cold. I had a croissant, some ham, cheese, and a coffee. It wasn't anything fancy, but it did the job for a light pre-flight breakfast. As of October 2023, Aspire 41 lounge is under renovation, so this isn't the best representation of what the lounge is. They did provide an alternative to a cafe that they converted into a lounge for members still, which I got in with my Priority Pass. The cafe is simple with a few breakfast items and a bartender to serve you drinks. There's very basic items like pastries, cheese, deli meat, and fruits. My husband and I spent about an hour here while we were waiting for our flight back to Toulouse. I had suddenly developed a horrible cold and felt miserable. I was very grateful to have a comfortable place to sit, charge my phone, get a hot beverage to soothe my throat, and a light snack. We arrived around 11:30. It is a fairly large lounge and there was a fair amount of seating available. Tables were cleaned promptly (although I wish there was a designated place to put dirty dishes) and there is a restroom available right in the inside of the lounge. I stopped here on my haul with a 3 hr layover in Amsterdam. As shared by multiple web forums the lounge was overpacked with the only other option British airways permanently closed. There is a queue url you log on to to get In line and I waited almost an hour. Once in the food was good with usual tomato soup, granola, muesli , cold cuts, cheese and Pastries. Since the British Airways lounge is currently closed, this was our choice of Priority Pass lounge. I think there is another farther down the terminal. We came early in the morning and it wasn't crowded. It got very crowded around 8am though. There was a small buffet with a decent selection of food which was pretty good. There is nothing aspirational about this lounge. The furniture is old and crappy there are no plugs or very few I can't see any, to plug in your computer or anything else you need to plug-in. Food is mediocre at best. They haven't picked up other peoples leftover plates for an hour that I've been sitting here. This is definitely not aspirational. It's not a perfect lounge but is very nice compared to many of the lounges in the United States. During my visit I found this lounge very clean, organized, with various food options hot or cold, clean bathrooms with best of all peace and quiet. The Decour is modern and the chairs are made of either leather or faux leather a taupe/putty color. The food was set up almost college cafeteria style, you pick up your plate and go down the line to make your choices. There are several coffee/tea and juice machines throughout the space. If you need to charge you device(s) there are plugs near the seats. While there the food was freshened several times as well as the tables being cleaned. People spoke negatively on Yelp about the service however. that was not our experience. We were greeted by a friendly man at the counter who checked us in. It was necessary to quickly mark our seats knowing it may get crowded soon. So we moved it right along. Since I didn't have breakfast before arriving at the airport 6:30 am, I had their version of the Danish pancake, they were quite enjoyable. The coffee was comparable to that sold in a coffee shop. I'm so pleased to have a more pleasant experience than other Yelpers. Side note this place is hard to find Follow the directions when you find yourself spinning around in Starbucks locate the elevator hidden behind Starbucks and go up one flight. read more

The lounge was ok. We came during peak hours so the lounge was PACKED. Food was ok, sufficient enough to hold you over if you're starving. If you have priority pass, you can get into the lounge. They have Heineken on tap which was pretty cool because it's in the Netherlands and I've never seen Heineken on tap. They have alcohol which you help yourself too and other beverages, salad, meat, cheeses and a few selection of hot food. The soup was good so that was a nice touch. read more

Amsterdam Airport's Aspire Lounge is a pleasant experience. As a Priority Pass member, it was very easy to check in and find a table. There are plenty of types of seating from small tables to couches to bar seating. This is a review for Lounge 41, tucked away on the 2nd floor in a hard to find spot behind a coffee shop and the "Internet Center". We were given access here due to flying United Business First. (This is a shared lounge for a variety of airlines.) It is a nice size lounge with an assortment of self serve food and drinks. Everything (even premium liquor) is complimentary unlike in the US lounges. The most unusual food item this trip was the French Mustard Soup, served at 9:30 am! Can't say that I really "aspire" to be in this lounge for that much longer than I needed to be while waiting for my flight to depart from AMS back to the States. Simply put- it was small, crowded, and hot. There are not many dedicated lounges at AMS and Aspire just happened to qualify for OneWorld exec plat members. However, it primarily serves as a Star Alliance Lounge with a dedicated area to Singapore Airlines if you happen to be flying with them. Because it's one of the few premium lounges available, it felt extremely crowded midday. Food options were decent but nothing stood out. There were plenty of soup options, cheeses, and crackers. Drinks were limited to some spirits and wine. Showers were unavailable so it's hard to really be able to freshen up in this environment. I ended up leaving after five minutes. If you have a chance, I'd try going next door to the slightly better British Airways Lounge, or just roam the airport before your flight. read more

Traveling with a friend who has membership at this lounge and so got to check this place out. I thought this lounge had overall decent amenities. All the food and drink is self-serve and there were limited menu options to some extent, especially when it came to the cold cuts. The soup was delicious, as were the cheese puffs. Drink selection was a bit limited, but just enough and the staff were good about restocking anything that was getting towards low numbers. One thing is that it was busy!! Lots of folks and so you couldn't really have a meeting without the person sitting next to you overhearing everything. The seating options ranged from barstools to sodas to single chairs, so definitely plenty of options no matter if you are a solo traveler or with a big group. The staff at check in are consistently friendly and welcoming every time I've come to this lounge. It's also quite spacious. Right across from the lounge is the KLM Crown Lounge. There is a selection of warm food and a refrigerator of cold drinks. There is a drink dispenser and Heineken on tap, which is awesome. They have wine too. Even if there are a lot of people there, there will be a place to sit. There are many different options, including individual chairs (rows and rows of them) and high top tables. If there isn't a spot there, there's the other side which is like a mirror of the first side. The bathroom is clean and less busy than the one outside, which I appreciate. The food isn't the greatest, but it's a pleasant place to get away, so I can't complain. I have access to this lounge via Priority Pass. read more

This is a bustling place! Around 10 am it was packed but there were still seats. Nice selection of light snacks and drinks. Plenty of plugs by the seating although I wish they had USB ports as I only have one converter. It is kept fairly clean and the furniture is in good repair.
