Before originally scheduling in January 2014 I confirmed over the phone that this was a money back guarantee, and the answering staff member confirmed yes, that they've never had anyone that the treatment didn't work on. One year and 3 treatments later, after following all instructions perfectly in addition to going above and beyond to be sure I was doing my part, my nail situation is worse, not one bit better. I was assured the entire time that I just needed to continue following instructions and scheduling appointments. No results. Now they're refusing a refund, stating that it's just a written guarantee that it works, meaning they'll continue treating at "no cost". I'd rather get that whopping $500 back for this bogus treatment then continue playing this game. Now I have to take Lamisil and risk my liver, or just live with this problem forever. Don't waste your money. I'm very disappointed.

She didn't fully remove the prior polish, was rushing and went to do a French manicure where clearly the former gel polish showed through. Every coat I told her I was unhappy but she kept telling me not to worry. I had her remove it all. My nails are destroyed.

It seems that there are some better manicurists in the salon, so depends on who you get.

I called again and someone answered and said that the person who does massages will have to contact me directly to book the appointment. They took my phone number yet is has been one week and the massage therapist never called me. I'm trying to get a refund from Groupon. You can't make this crap up! I am appalled that a place of business would do this. It would almost make more sense if it was deliberately a scam. That way at least someone would have put some thought into it. These people are just plain STUPID!!!

This incident caused me to go to my podiatrist for treatment, pay for a antibiotic and bandage the area for the next week. It was superficial per the medical doc however, painful. It is most unfortunate, because they are pleasant enough, but, more careful attention to detail is needed. I will not be going back.

My nails always last and rarely ever chip, which is something I've struggled to find elsewhere. The team is incredibly accommodating and somehow always manages to fit me in, even when I need a last-minute appointment. Since the renovation, the salon looks absolutely beautiful--clean, modern, and so welcoming. It's become such a great neighborhood spot where everyone chats and feels comfortable. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients. Consistently great service, beautiful results, and a wonderful environment. I'm always happy when I leave and wouldn't trust my nails anywhere else!

Melisa was so helpful and patient, she thoroughly explained the process and what corrections needed to be made. She did an amazing job correcting and reshaping my eyebrows. I have been twice now and love the outcome. I was also excited that the process was painless unlike my first experience at the other place. I am so happy to have found someone that I know I can trust since I am new to permanent cosmetics.
