It's always a scary when hiring a contractor to do work at your home…read more From the first contact, this company was extremely professional and provided us with a new driveway with pavers. Our salesman Jay was very easy to deal with, was extremely patient and polite and explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand. Their workers showed up on time, were respectful of our property and our new driveway looks amazing. Joseph, one of the supervisors was terrific and made sure that everything was going as promised and promptly addressed any concerns we had. At the conclusion of work every day they cleaned up and removed all unused materials and trash. I'm already getting a lot of compliments from my neighbors Pictures coming soon.

David Rinker, our design consultant came out within a few days to review some of our ideas and suggested some of his own that we incorporated into our plan. We reviewed materials with him, and he came by a few days later to drop off some samples. Before signing, we had a few modifications to the plan that he was able to quickly modify. Throughout the whole process, he was always very communicative via text/calls even on his days off. Once I was transitioned over to Joe, our project manager, he was super friendly and walked us through the exact process. I told him that I had a birthday coming up on June 5 (this Saturday) and was hoping to have everything completed by then (a month timeline). They said I'd be cutting it close, but they ended up finishing everything a week earlier! I ended up getting a pergola that needed to be anchored to concrete footings, and ended up having System Pavers handle that for me. Joe even came back just to drill the holes for me so I can bolt down the pergola. The white glove treatment I received throughout this entire process was VERY appreciated! Rich, the territory construction manager, also became involved with the project. Given his role, I wouldn't have expected him to be so communicative with me and answer my questions. As a first time home owner, I knew nothing about the process but all three employees were very eager to walk me through every step. Couldn't be happier with System Pavers, and will be recommending them to all my neighbors, friends, and family!

Garret came in slightly under the others - and actually was able to do a little more within my budget than the other options! We also love that when he came out, he actually had sample grasses for us to pick from on the spot and a booklet of all the paver options, so it was easy to visualize the end result. He also gave me a much better warranty on the work he did than anyone else. The team worked fast and efficiently. And once they started, they finished within a week. And when it was done, they let me keep the excess materials, in case we ever need repairs down the line. Highly recommend!

The situation was disappointing and frustrating to say the least, so I took matters into my own hands and called LA Concrete Works to see if they can fix the job for me. After reviewing the job and settling on a final start date, I could already see that this team was exceptional at what they do. Joe was communicative, ready to answer any question, and very lovely to work with - he is very detailed and came to visit the site often despite their busy schedule. Sydney at the main office was so understanding and a rockstar at keeping me up to date on the plan of action. Luis, Jose, and the install team were courteous, neat, and most of all extremely competent - they know what they are doing and they do it really well. We hired project manager Al of Exodus Construction and Remodeling to update the original backyard pool. From day one, Al was there answering questions and adding ideas. As first time pool owners we appreciated his expertise. His timeline, explanations and regular visits were very helpful as we went through demo of pool and the cement patio. The various crews he employed for each step provided quality construction and cleaned up their worksites when completed. With Al's guidance and encouragement we felt very comfortable during the process. We decided to add a spa, resurfaced both pool and spa with micro pebbles, added pavers to the patio, and had a patio cover built. Al's project manager's assistant Eli was very helpful when Al could not be there. We highly recommend Exodus Construction. FIVE stars!!

We had a vision for our courtyard and were searching for the right contractor to bring it to life…read more After interviewing multiple contractors, it was clear that Mr. Elad Gusto from Exodus Construction and Remodeling stood out from the rest. Unlike others who simply came, took a few notes, made some measurements, and gave us vague (and often outrageous) estimates, Mr. Gusto took the time to truly listen to what we wanted. He came prepared--not only with professionalism but also with ideas, thoughtful suggestions, and a genuine desire to help us realize our vision. His communication, insight, and customer service far exceeded our expectations. What impressed us most was how upfront and honest Mr. Gusto was throughout the process. He treats his clients with care and respect, and it shows in every aspect of his work. His team was equally impressive--especially his right-hand man, Mr. Dimitrio, who was incredibly accommodating and attentive to every request. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and detail-oriented. The transformation of our courtyard speaks for itself. The before-and-after photos showcase the quality, craftsmanship, and heart Exodus puts into every project--big or small.
