In addition we had a new sprinkler system installed and added trees and plants. JNK/ Naji specifically was phenomenal in communication - extremely rare in this line of work. We now have the outdoor living room and space we wanted. They were not the cheapest but we were willing to pay a little extra to ensure the schedule was adhered to and the quality and warranty. Not chasing someone down for the next step is the project and having this substantially completed in under 2 weeks is amazing. Definitely recommend JNK.

I am sure there are other great landscaping businesses out there, but the reviews were key for me - I had nothing else to go by, since we haven't used any landscaping services. Reviews were accurate. Service-communication: very good. My main contact was James. Took a lot of time with us. We were going from scratch, so it took a while for us to figure out what we wanted. Plus, had to get HOA approval for a pergola - never fun, but finally got through that. Second contact was Ali toward the end with the irrigation and plants. Easy to deal with. Once the contract was signed, they indicated 2-3 weeks to begin, and that was accurate. Supply delivery began about five days prior to commencing work. The initial crew wasted no time getting to work. They kept the premises clean. Everyone professional. Quality: All I can say, is so far so good! Nice paver work, Pergola looks great. Electrical all appears properly done. Turf looks great. We are very happy with the results. Everyone cleaned up after themselves. Delays: none of any consequence. Toward the end, had to wait for the pergola parts to arrive. About three weeks to complete entire job.

We hired Tranquil Oasis Landscapes for a complete backyard renovation and replacement of our…read moreirrigation system, and we're extremely happy with how everything turned out. What stood out the most throughout the project was Nick's attention to detail and the continued pride he takes in his work after more than 20 years of experience. At one point, the pavers that were delivered didn't meet his standards, so he had the entire shipment returned rather than installing subpar materials. That told me a lot about the kind of company he runs. The quality of the finished product speaks for itself. The pavers have clean, straight lines, our garden area was laid out perfectly, and the artificial turf looks great (our dogs have already put it to the test and it has held up wonderfully). Nick was easy to work with from beginning to end. He listened to what we wanted, was honest throughout the process, and also suggested improvements we hadn't thought about, including solving our drainage issues and running low-voltage wiring around the backyard so we'll be able to add landscape lighting later without tearing anything up. His crew was professional and skilled as well. Our project wasn't the biggest one they'll ever do, but after this experience I'd have no hesitation hiring Tranquil Oasis Landscapes again or recommending them to friends and family. One neighbor already plans to use them after touring our backyard, speaks for itself!

It all started…read morewith the backyard where they add pavers to extend the patio, realigned a paver pathway, added plants and trees, added both turf and a small area of real grass (for our dogs), updated irrigation, removed gravel and added river rock. I was so pleased with the work that I contracted them to do my front yard and side yards as well. For the front yard, Nick the owner, provided a scale drawing of the new layout following our conversations about what I was looking for. After HOA approval, they transformed my mainly gravel front yard into a beautiful park-like environment with turf, new plants, new lights, new irrigation, new pavers. It's beautiful and I couldn't be more pleased. Finally, I asked them to update my side yard. It was originally an ugly, unused gravel area with weeds. After collaborating with Nick, he came up with a beautiful design that once again transformed a small space. They added grass (for the dogs), irrigation, pavers, river rock, a new hose bib, lighting, bottle brush trees that will eventually provide nice shade for this east facing area (but won't overwhelm the space), and they assembled several vego planters (for which I haven't quite decided what I want planted there) Nick, along with his foreman Guillermo and the rest of the team, are professional, responsible, responsive, creative, collaborative, easy to work with, and create beautiful spaces. I kept adding to the projects and they took every request in stride. I couldn't be more happy with the transformation they completed at my home and recommend them without hesitation.
