Everything I had read about other dentists were doing, and even more. Waiting in your car, temperature and blood oxygen check, the dentists and hygenist wearing PPE, a high evacuation suction devises when aerosol droplets would be released. My teeth were scrapped clean rather than using the ultrasonic tool. I felt as secure on that point as I could. Regarding Dr. Benish, he is a highly skilled dentist who has a lovely, efficient and caring staff. He spent a great deal of time explaining what he going to do, and what will happen. He didn't rush when it took quite a long time to get my crown to fit. He is truly I caring and interested in his patients. I recommend him and his office highly.

Throughout all of our conversations, the surgery was always discussed as if Dr. Nawlo would be performing my bone grafting procedure. I was never informed that a "shift surgeon" would be involved. In fact, I only learned about this at the last minute. When I tried to look up this "shift surgeon," I could not find any information online or on any professional platforms, which raised even more concern. The assistant explicitly confirmed that they would proceed with my surgery, and I agreed to move forward in January. Based on that confirmation, I stopped looking for other surgeons. However, several red flags began to appear. When I asked normal, reasonable questions -- such as where the bone for the bone graft would come from and what percentage of bone preservation I had remaining -- the assistant avoided answering clearly and seemed reluctant to provide direct information. These are basic questions any patient should feel comfortable asking before undergoing oral surgery. Shortly after, I was informed that Dr. Moise suddenly went on vacation, which delayed everything another three weeks. The assistant told me she would call me as soon as he returned. She never did. I had to call the office three separate times, and each time the front desk (Melissa, if I remember correctly) told me the assistant was "with a patient." Only after repeatedly following up did I finally receive a response. Then, after waiting approximately two to three months in total -- time I could have used to complete this procedure elsewhere -- I received a call saying that the "shift surgeon" did not feel comfortable taking my case. I was told I was "not a good fit for the practice," which felt like a politically polite way of saying the surgeon was not confident performing the procedure. What is most upsetting is that this was communicated only after months of waiting. If they knew from the beginning that my case was beyond their comfort level, why was surgery confirmed in January? (Mind you I was interviewed by Nawlo around November) Why was so much time spent discussing financials and payment? It makes me question whether they were aware from the start that they could not handle my case. There was no empathy, no detailed explanation, no referral to a more qualified specialist, and no referral letter provided. I was simply left to start over after losing valuable time. Initially, Sara and the doctor seemed kind and professional, which is why this outcome feels even more disappointing. The only consistently negative interaction from the beginning was with the front desk staff member, Melissa, who was rude from my first visit. Ultimately, I am relieved I did not proceed with surgery here. I no longer feel confident or safe in their care, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office.

The entire staff including the doctor were sensitive to my fears and i was supported and encouraged every step of the way. I was so pleased that the due to the high technology and skilled staff at this office i was able to have the tooth extracted the bone graft the implant all done in one visit. I now have my crown placed and i am thrilled with the results. I will need more work done and will surely use Noah smile group.

Hopefully, they can refund the little bit they overcharged me and I'll be really done for good. I've already found another dentist. I just went to them again recently to get a filling done since my new dentist is out of network..iykyk about those out of network prices. It's mainly the front office staff that's turned us off. The doctors are fine here, though you never get Dr Hogan even if you schedule an appointment to see Dr Hogan. But yeah we're over it.

This comes from someone that truly doesn't like going to the dentist (but I guess who does?) But Dr. Prakash makes the experience fun and painless. I was greeted by two lovely receptionist who engaged in a conversation with me about nail care. I'm use to a receptionist just saying hi and please take a seat, not here they were friendly and engaging with the patients.
