Horrible temp hygienist. Spent maybe10 minutes- did the polish step and one other thing, then walked into the next room and was on his phone. There was no examination by the dentist either. He looked at the XRay and said "you're good". I shared my concerns with the receptionist and she apologized and deducted $30 from my bill. I left work early for this. Shame on you guys! read more

Most of the things I've had done here have needed to be redone. This office is not proactive at all, everything must be outsourced, and every time there is an issue, regardless of if they caused it, more money is charged without the solution ever being made. read more

I've been a patient at this dental practice for 5 years and I don't plan on leaving. This summer I decided to get my teeth whiten with a different dental practice which was a huge mistake! That dental office did a filling for a "minor cavity" and whatever he did caused me to have a lot of pain. Last week I was desperate to get some relief before Thanksgiving so I made a next day appointment with Dr Lopez. Not only is she super personable but she explained to me why I was experiencing pain. She was fast, efficient and caring. After she worked on that tooth and I felt instant relief. Almost a week later and I can eat properly with no pain! If your looking for a dental home come here. Took my 91 year old mom for new dentures. I was worried about mom not being able to communicate with the doctor (she doesn't speak English), the process, the final product and cost. First, the office staff took care of all the paperwork with Medicare. It took four visits for the fittings. Dr. Fariba Sharifan was so understanding and patient with mom. The dentures looked great and fit well. Mom is so happy. The staff is professional and they keep to their appointment times. One time they were running behind and the dr apologized. Really appreciate that. Facility is beautifully decorated, clean and organized. I highly recommend and appreciate Dr. Sharifan for taking such good care of mom. read more

Today was my third visit to Morris Dental. The staff is awesome. From the front desk to the assistants. I had the pleasure of being serviced by Dr Hima Desai. She is very professional and has a very patient demeanor. I was thoroughly impressed at her taking the time to explain everything to me before she started the procedures and making sure I was comfortable during the process. I had a fear of dentist from previous dental practices. I can honestly say that I trust her when I sit n the chair. I will definitely recommend this practice to others. read more

Morris Dental always provides excellent service. Both my daughter and I have our dental services at this office. The staff is friendly, our appointments are always right on time so we never have to wait. The office is nice, clean and modern. They even offer complimentary beverages in the waiting area. HORRIBLE experience. I came here because my tooth broke and my regular dentist was out of town and it was a weekend. The ONLY thing good about this place Is that they're accommodating. THATS IT! Dr. Sherafin lacks the ability to do a simple fill in. She was awkward during the process itself and I felt discomfort during but once the numbing went away, I couldn't bite down at all and I had extreme sensitivity especially to cold water. Now I understand that healing has to happen but I've had many fillings unfortunately and have NEVER had these issues. It's going on a week with no comfort or change in the pain, etc. So I went in today for a follow up and they took an x-ray. The tooth looks WORSE than when I had a hole in it. It's curved and looks like there's a gaping hole in it. The dentist I saw today seemed nice but she wasn't being honest about what was obvious and kept telling me my bite must have been off but the filling looked "fine". Anyone with eyes can see that something looked wrong. After going in and out of the room and keeping me waiting she asked me what I wanted and if I wanted a new filling but I didnt have the time or the trust to allow them to touch my teeth anymore so I took my x-rays and left and now I have to continue to feel pain for the entire weekend until my normal dentist can see me on Monday. I will NEVER come back here or recommend them. They should focus less on decor and more on hiring good dentists. read more

This was the worst dentist I have been to in my entire life. I have seen many different dentists over the years due to moving/traveling often so I have a lot to compare her to. I religiously go to the dentist ever 6 months for cleaning/check-up, have very healthy teeth and have only had a couple cavities in my lifetime. When I saw Dr. Sharifan as a new patient, she told me I needed to have MULTIPLE cavities filled, even though my exam just 6 months earlier with a different dentist showed no signs of cavities whatsoever. This place is a scam!!! It appeared newly decorated, but I was the only patient there. You could tell she just wanted to make some money by filling cavities. She was clearly not looking out for the best interest of the patient. She appeared to be more interested in decorating her office than in actually being a respectable, qualified dentist. To make matters even worse, she did not give me the toothbrush, floss, toothpaste kit that EVERY single other dentist I have ever been to has given me after a routine cleaning. I would not trust her judgement, would never go back and would definitely not recommend Dr. Sharifan. read more
