I had an amazing experience with Dr Artani at Thrive Dental Wellness. She was very approachable and…read moreeasy to talk to. I was able to find her on Instagram/Facebook. I was able to do all the paperwork conveniently online before my appointment. Her approach to dentistry was a very refreshing outlook where she looked for the why & ways to prevent issues and approached dentistry with the whole body view in a holistic way. She explained everything in an extremely easy way to understand and digest. She was understanding of my concerns and what my goals were for my teeth. Her "comfort menu" offered at the beginning of the appointment was helpful in creating a relaxing environment (I've never seen this before). The overall office was top notch. They gave a full tour of the office instead of just taking me to my room which was so comforting. She had many alternative methods in her way to approach dentistry including ways of taking X-rays including CBCT. The new initial patient exam was informative & she explained the results in detail and how I can improve my dental, airway & sleep health. She tested my oxygen levels and airway as I was having breathing issues during sleep. Explained next steps in helping me with my airway and sleep. I elected to get Invisalign & the equipment she used (I believe called iTero) was comforting and quick to get instant feedback (no impressions needed). Everything was done right there on the spot and she showed how Invisalign can make my smile the way I want. Dr Artani offered traditional & alternative ways to getting fillings and explained me my options. I will definitely be bringing my kids here as well after Dr Artani explained about HealthyStart which will help my kids with early guided growth and sleeping/open mouth breathing issues. Front desk was friendly & helpful in processing payment and made it convenient to schedule any additional appointments needed. Ample parking available and located on the first floor. Highly recommend Dr Artani at Thrive Dental Wellness.

I wanted to move forward gradually due to cost, but procedures were scheduled without my consent, and Dr. Kalaria repeatedly pressured me to finance the full plan upfront. I got a second opinion the same day. That dentist reviewed the x-rays, performed a thorough exam with 3D imaging, and confirmed I had only one cavity under an existing filling that needed replacement. The front desk and assistants were kind and professional, but the dentist's treatment plan and sales tactics felt misleading. Update 3 because he can't make this . I have complained that the front desk doesn't know what…read morethey're doing and that they are not organized. And finally, I have definitive proof when yesterday I got a phone call and a text message from the office asking me to schedule my crown. I had to be the bearer of bad news that they no longer want to do business with me, but this is exactly what I mean. There is no organization. There is no communication. Just got off the phone with their front desk and my appointment was canceled for the third time and they try to reschedule me again after I've worked my whole schedule around this. And they tell me the doctor has a stomach bug and when I insinuated is there nobody else she laughed and said well we can get the doctor to come in and work on you if you really want them working on you sick while laughing. So at this point, I asked her what is the cancellation policy if I canceled today day of appointment and she said $100 so I'm hoping to get $100 credit on my account because that's not fair for them to be able to do this for the third time This office was great at one time but now all I hear are excuses and people not knowing what they are doing getting multiple phone calls in one day to change an appointment. Keep an appointment. I'm pretty sure the doctor went away and he just called out sick today. UPDATE: they discontinued service with me because I told the truth about their service. Seems as though they cannot deal with brutal honesty. Look they called me 3 times in one day to cancel and reschedule this appointment - for the same damn day the doctor ended up canceling day of - hours before the appointment. Again they use to be amazing - now they have a front office who is inconsistent and management that can't hold them accountable.

Dr. Levine is unethical and does not care about the well being of his patients. If he did, he would…read morehave suggested I keep my wisdom teeth embedded in my jaw when my incompetent and careless orthodontist referred me to him again for wisdom teeth removal. Not everyone needs their wisdom teeth removed. For some, the risks don't outweigh the benefits. I had a rare and complicated orthodontic case with 4 premolars removed and then when I was 14, Dr. Levine did surgery to expose my 4 impacted canine teeth. At age 18, I questioned Dr. Levine about whether I should get my wisdom teeth removed - shouldn't I try to keep them? Finally he doubtfully said I could try but that I'd definitely need braces again. He is not an orthodontist, and if he were being honest, he would have told me either way I would need braces again. After feeling ashamed about my teeth for my entire adolescence there was nothing I wanted less than to have braces again. That convinced me. That was stupid, they're called wisdom teeth for a reason. I now have gaps in my upper teeth that opened shortly after my wisdom teeth was removed. I remember the last time I saw my pediatric dentist, which was a few months after I got my wisdom teeth removed, he said he was EXCITED about my wisdom teeth. I said quietly I got them removed. Later, I was in the chair and he was looking at my mouth, almost looking to see if my wisdom teeth were growing in when I complained about the gap that had opened up between my two front teeth. He said OH, that will close up when your wisdom teeth grow in. Well, then I made it clear they were gone and he had a horrified look on his face. He was clearly upset this was done to me. My upper 2nd molar is now twisted out toward my cheek on one side because there is so much space behind it where my wisdom teeth would have likely grown in fine. When I go to the dentist, they lament "you poor thing" "what happened to you" and pity me. Thanks to Doctor Levine who did not care enough to give me good advice and instead chose to line his own pockets. Dr. Levine was trained as a dentist was and he knew this along with jaw issues would happen to me. Now that my brain and jaws are fully developed, I realize I was treated like I was done growing at 12 years old and this gave me the false idea that I could never be enough. He loves ripping peoples teeth out a bit too much. He chooses money over the health of his patients. Doctors will lie and give unsound medical advice for money and to make their jobs easier. Dr. Levine is in on this corruption. I suggest avoiding this place on principle.
