DO NOT USE ASPEN DENTAL I was told I had 26 cavities, needed 1 root canal and 1 tooth pulled. Quoted me a price...... 13k!!! Even without an implant!!!! I got a second opinion and was told I had 8 cavities and needed a root canal and NO tooth pulled. This place is an absolute scam. After do bf research online and seeing extremely bad reviews after my appointment here.....I absolutely regret wasting my time coming here. BEWARE!!!! read more

Don't use Aspen Dental. Run away if you can. Very rude and unprofessional. They will take advantage of you and don't care if you don't come back. First and last time there. read more

I scheduled an appointment last week for my dad today at 8:30am 6/21/2022. Yesterday, 6/20/2022 someone from Aspen called to confirm his appointment and his name, which I verified. I replied yes - my dad would be there today. I warned them that my parents might need some help since they're elderly, and the lady assured me they'd be taken care of. This morning, my parents arrived to the office at 8:08am, but the doors were locked. The women inside the office clearly saw them at the door, but ignored them. Another customer outside in the parking lot told them that they had to call the number first, so my mom did. She gave the woman on the phone my dad's name, and the woman said they had no such name in the system. Note that this woman didn't even ask how his name was spelled - my dad's name isn't an easy one to spell. She then asked for phone number, and while they were trying to remember my dad's number, the lady didn't even wait and hung up on them after saying to make another appointment. My parents left at 8:30am, unable to get in for the appointment I had made. They were completely outraged by the experience, and of course I got an earful from them, too. I'm not sure what kind of business you all are running here, but this is a joke. It'd be hard to find another business more disorganized and lacking in customer service. Make another appointment? Are you kidding me? Why on earth would anyone give you another chance after this kind of bs a read more

DO NOT USE ASPEN DENTAL in Mobile. All around bad experience. fillings rough and discolored. Financial department charged unfinished procedures to my credit card!!! when approached about the charge, I was told to let them find out who closed off on the procedure. But nothing was ever done after my many attempts to have this corrected. I was charged $1200 to clean ONE side of my mouth. Going to have to use Small Claims court to fix a problem that should have never happened!!!! read more

requires a dental hygienist to do a $3200 cleaning before you receive antibiotics for infection. I have a heart condition and they would not write me a prescription for antibiotics before I receive any treatment. Very poor health care practice. read more

I made my appointment about a week or two in a advance. I even texted for confirmation and spoke to the front desk lady for confirmation for my 8 am appointment. I signed in at 8 AM when the doors opened with my husband, who's appointment was at 9 AM. We were also the first and the list to sign in. we finished out all our paperwork. For some reason, my husband was pulled back first but at 8:30 and I am still waiting to be seen and it's 930. I'm very confused on how this office works but the lack of communication and the disorganization in this office seems like a lot. I highly recommend if you have somewhere to be do not schedule with this place!!! read more

Both locations in Mobile are terrible. I used to go to the one on Airport until they forgot to schedule me in their computers for the third time--they would give me an appointment card, I'd get an email to confirm, but when I got there they would say I wasn't on the schedule. One time they scheduled me for work that would require a certain specialist, but scheduled me on a day that they knew the specialist doesn't work. At the location on Schillinger, things seemed fine. At my last appointment they gave me a card for a date and time--an early one at 8:00am as soon as they open. I received an email to confirm the same date and time. When I went to my appointment at the instructed date and time, I sat for 30 minutes waiting. When I asked how much longer it would be, I was told that my appointment was for a different time. I showed the email on my phone that clearly showed my appointment was in fact scheduled for 8:00am, but the receptionist INSISTED that I was wrong and that "it was always scheduled for 9:00am". I got my dental records and made an appointment with another dentist in a different office. I have a 4 month old child at home that I am breastfeeding, I do not have time to spare on other people's mistakes. Whether the receptionist was even responsible for the mixup, I cannot say, BUT she was definitely responsible for her customer service skills and instead of being understanding and even apologetic, she was curt and matter of fact. I left the Airport location due to the ineptitude of the administrative staff in the front office. I left the Schillinger location due to the flagrant incompetence and utter lack of personal skills of the receptionist. In addition to the scheduling issues, they set me up with Genesis Credit at the Airport location which is a fine enough creditor for medical costs, but they are the only dental offices in town that accept Genesis Credit. If I had known that, I would have made other arrangements for any credit accounts. Save yourself time, money, and sanity, and go to ANY OTHER dentist in town. To the dentists at Aspen that may be reading this: go to ANY OTHER practice in town or start your own. It's the office staff that make it unbearable. To any members of management: do not contact me unless you want the names/descriptions of the particular staff. read more

I went to get a partial made and when they wrote it up for the estimate they were about $1600 over what it should be. Fortunately my mother has been in dentistry and retired. She's the one that talk to you discrepancy. I have no upper teeth just a denture and they had it rolled up to have my upper teeth cleaned and dentures. I need a neither and how do you do both? Do I need to say more? read more

Started the process of getting a lower denture the middle of March 8 weeks later I am still in that process. Had lower teeth removed within 3 days, now it's 7 and a half weeks later and I am not done yet. They could care less that you can not eat normal food while you wait for this never ending process to end. Do not go there they will take your money and leave you to waste a lot of time before they give you what they promised what should take 5 weeks will take me at least 10 now. I called corprate 3 times to try and get something done, all they want to do is refund you money and leave you hanging with no teeth in your mouth. I regret ever walking into their door. read more

They now are requiring dental hygienists to clean teeth before you can get work done! This is a new rule! They did my bottom partial w/out any work on my bottom teeth! I have 3 really bad upper teeth and I've needed serious work on them since I first started there! Every time I told them they just ignored what I said and wanted! Yesterday I walked out and quite using them! I need a good dentist that will help me and do my uppers and not high price! read more

Against my better judgement and the previous reviews, I decided to try them out because I was having significant tooth pain and couldn't eat or sleep. Less than an hour before my appointment, and after taking the day off from work to make it happen, the office called me to tell me they needed to reschedule my appointment and the next one they had available was a month out. I tried explaining to them the pain I was in and the urgency, and they just reiterated that it's all they had. Don't bother. read more

I wish there was a zero star option. Communication is terrible. Front office staff is overworked and running around like chickens with their heads cut off. You'll never see the same dentist more than once. And you'll always get a different opinion depending on who you see. read more

Nightmare. This was supposed to be an easy thing for me. But the staff is so unprofessional and rude. The environment is overall ghetto and low class. No one knows anything about anything. No one cares about tire aftercare or recovery. These people just want to wear scrubs everyday. Non responsive to follow up calls and concerns. They need to be shut down. I developed an infection and this has been a total nightmare for me. DO NOT RECOMMEND read more

I am typing this in severe pain after having an odontoplasty (enamel grinding) here. The dentist did a terrible job and left my nerve exposed. Not to mention she ground my teeth crooked. She was also very rude and insulting to me; said I 'could fix my teeth but maybe not my life problems.' What??The staff seemed nice but left me hanging with a mouth full of x-ray components during a procedure to gossip. So, if you're into inattentive staff and mediocre dental service coupled with loud mid-2000s top 40, this is the dentistry for you! read more

I visited this office for a teeth whitening, and must say I had a great experience that exceeded my expectations. Coming in, I was quite nervous but the entire staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Bui and her amazing team provided exceptional care. Meagan, the dental hygienist, was super friendly and patient with me, explaining the procedure in detail down to what I would experience during each step. Also, Dr. Bui is a true professional that genuinely cares about her patients, no matter what dental procedure they are having. If you are looking for a primary dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Bui and her awesome team! read more
