He only writes referrals at the end of the day. My dentist can't schedule anything without the referral. Going to be a long weekend. On the day of my appointment, I had to fill out new paperwork and handed then my new insurance card . The receptionist assumed that my new insurance was secondary but never asked me. I was charged a few hundred dollars for a scan that was not covered under insurance. I found out the next day that my current insurance was out of network. The dentist in network that could see me was not able to download the films because he did not have the correct softoware. I would have had to pay out of pocket for new films but the new dentist felt bad that this happened to me and waived the charge. Dr. Manoakis's office manager told me I could not be reimbursed and they would not transfer the money I had paid for the scan to the new dentist. Terrible customer service. They accepted no responsibility for this mistake. Both my primary dentist and the second specialist have told me they always check the insurance before proceeding. No matter how good Dr. Manila is is , I would never go back if this is how people are treated.

One of my favorite things about Dr. Harrell is he is not the type of dentist that recommends unnecessary procedures. Everyone is super nice and I never have to wait very long in the waiting room before being seen. All of their equipment is state of the art. I am usually in and out within an hour of signing in. Also, the office is super clean. This dentist office is highly recommended.
