But I just went back and it was a completely new experience. 1. The waiting area was not putrid with air fresheners in every outlet!!! The office actually smelled like a dentist office! So wonderful! 2. My hygienist was new and had a nice personality! She was pretty and happy and not old and churchy. How nice! 3. They had HGTV on my TV and not the local news that makes me want to puncture my jugular with their pokey cleaning tools. 4. My NEW dentist sat his butt down on a freaking stool to examine my teeth instead of standing over me like a serial killer. (No, this is not a joke and I filed a formal complaint.) And I was thankful to have a new dentist to deliver the news that I had a small cavity that needed to be filled bc if my old dentist had made me imagine getting a filling by him...shudder* And I scheduled that filling and I went in and was out in an hour and my new dentist from the week before was still a completely normal dude the following Monday. He was super nice and very skilled and I am so happy with my filling! It's really smooth and perfectly moulded to my upper teeth and my floss doesn't catch. Perfection! I will definitely be going back and I am so glad my awful dentist's office has become such a turnaround story!! Still only 4 stars for the miserable years we shared together before now.

I am not sure why my teeth are so sensitive; thank you, Dr. G. I've had some dentists unwilling to give me more numbing agents after starting treatment, whether I was in significant pain or not. You helped put me at ease by ensuring I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Things like this and how you treated me will be making a long-term patient of yours. My husband had referred me to you because he felt I could benefit from your bedside manner. I'm sure glad he did. I was planning on not going back to the dentist ever again! Thank you for having your receptionist/scheduler call me to see how I was doing this morning. That's the first time I've had a dentist's office do that! I appreciate you being willing to help, It's the way you treated me that put me at ease. I am already discussing getting at least 2 "anchor" implants next year in the bottom back to stabilize my teeth. I've heard it's painful, but I will be in good hands with you. Truly, truly, truly...Thank you SO much for treating me much more than just another payment, as I'd feel you'd treat your closest family and friends. It's things like what I've mentioned that will make me a lifelong patient! Kindly, Mary H.

After doing some research as to what the codes are for dental malpractice, I've learned a lot. These people operate solely for the money! They don't care about making mistakes & not rectifying them. They'd rather just write you off & ruin their reputation than right their wings! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Although this may not be the case in every situation, mistakes happen more often than not at Affordable Dentures. The next victim could be you! Go look at the pictures I included in my previous review! That could be your end result as well! I ended up with no dentures at all & close to $ 3,000 out of pocket! And now they refuse to give me the records they have on file for me! That's against HIPPA standards. It seems to me they are trying to hide something! All I wanted was for them to do right by me but they kicked me out of the office instead. Shame on them!
