If I could rate them a 10/5, I would. I had a total of two appointments, one several weeks ago for my consult and today for my actual procedure. Both times I waited no more than 10 minutes in the waiting room, which were clearly busy each time with other patients. The facility is clean, staff members are all very friendly. I like when staff talk just in random, "Hey you are my daughter's age.", "Your nails are so cute.", "Can I get you a warm blanket?". As a healthcare professional, this helps patients relax and feel, well, like family. Dr. Pfeffle on both occasions spent at least 25 minutes speaking to me 1:1, educating me on side effects, showing me my X-ray, and answering any of my questions, patiently. I went to Dr Sneed because of the positive Yelp reviews, and I wasn't disappointed. They have a nice office and everyone is very friendly from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist. Everything was explained thoroughly and there was plenty of time allotted to discuss my history and concerns. The experience exceeded all of my expectations. It definitely isn't the closest dentist to my apartment, but I will gladly drive there knowing it will be a pleasant experience!

And now they refuse to give me the records they have on file for me! That's against HIPPA standards. It seems to me they are trying to hide something!
