Dr. Herb is super knowledgeable and takes the time to show genuine concern for not just your injury but you as a person, and he has always been willing to take the time to answer questions. It's always refreshing to have health care providers take the time to make you feel informed and comfortable, and in my experience Dr. Herb has always done that. I've been in for spinal adjustments, tissue work and physical therapy and would recommend all of these services. If you had a poor experience here in the past, I'd encourage you to go back in. Every business has hiccups when they are first starting and I really feel that this business has made great improvements (not that my previous customer-service experiences were ever horrible, they are just more notably warm now). Also, they are doing a good job with COVID precautions, so you should feel safe to visit!

When I first came in they gave me a thorough inspection that included an X ray which discovered the root of my issues stemming from my neck. It took a few adjustments and ups and downs pain wise to get aligned properly but now I live pain free. Dr Jenn and Dr Matt relieved pains in my spine that I didn't even know I had because I was living with them for so long. I come in once or twice a month to keep myself aligned and you wouldn't believe the amount of relief and endorphin release you get from a good ol'crackin' at pure life! I can genuinely and honestly say that Pure life has improved my life across the board. I can think clearer, sleep better, perform better both physically and mentally. I usually visit Dr. Jenn and she is a wealth of knowledge beyond spinal issues. Any ailment or problem I'm having she always knows a safe effective wholesome way to heal it and I truly cherish her as my doctor. She's my favorite doctor here but you can't go wrong with anyone on the staff, they're all extremely smart, and extremely compassionate people. I'd give this place 10 stars if I could.

My new doctor has requested my xrays and records separately. This was three weeks ago and the new clinic has not received my records. 2) I met with Jen Nyberg at my 1st visit and Paul Yang my 2nd visit. At neither of those visits did they take the time to ask me about why I was seeking chiropractic care or what my symptoms were. 3) They did a full spinal series of xrays 2 days in row. Both times my thyroid was completely uncovered and exposed to the radiation. 4) At my 2nd visit, Paul performed adjustments. Without preparing me, he did the spinal twist to crack my back. I informed him this was incredibly painful and he proceeded to twist and crack my back in the other direction. 5) At beginning of 2nd visit, Paul provided me with a treatment plan. Paul was very fixated on the "S" curve of my spine so I asked if that was the root of my low back pain, to which he responded "I don't know". My treatment felt overall very insincere. I also did not understand how they could create a treatment plan for me without 1) knowing the root of my pain and 2) never taking the time to talk with me.

I won't go to any chiropractor now because of them. My back was broken- they took x-rays- but…read moremissed it. They told me it was scoliosis because my grandma had it. My back might've healed if they hadn't of pushed on that specific spot on those stupid beds for years. Five years later I said "it's not scoliosis, take another x-ray". They did and it was a miracle! I didn't have scoliosis. They just happen to miss the obvious broken back AGAIN. And you know what they drew a line right through the break when they measured for scoliosis. I'm disabled now because my back was broken for 13 years before anyone bothered to do another x-ray on me. Oh- and 10 years later my dad went in to have his neck adjusted, they fully ruptured his disc. He had to have surgery too.

I know my body well enough to know when/where I'm out, and his diagnosis always lines up with my own thoughts. I love that, I trust him completely! I went to many different chiropractors before finding Dr Keim & once I found him, I'll never try another. I've hurt my back many times to the point I could barely walk & he's always managed to relieve the pain & get me back on my feet in short order. I trust him more than any medical doctor as he is a wealth of natural healing information & has helped me thru many illnesses. Everyone in his office is so helpful & friendly, they go above and beyond with every visit. And once you become an established patient, Dr Keim is there for you in emergencies & that is priceless!! Plus, they also have a walk in clinic for established patients once a week. Their offices are conveniently located on River Rd & there is ample parking. This time the staff told me that Lisa wasn't in the building, but was on her way. The office manager came out and told me that Lisa would be arriving in 30 minutes. I asked for a refund for the co-pay that I had already paid, and I was made to wait another 5 minutes for that. Since this establishment has a no-show/late arrival policy for patients, I thought it was only reasonable that I should be compensated for the no-show/late arrival of the practitioner. However, they don't offer that reciprocity. They will charge you for no-show/late arrival, but they won't be as considerate with your time. If they don't show--or show late--you're expected to wait, without any compensation. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate! I will not go back to this clinic and I will vigorously recommend that that none of my friends and colleagues use this in-network clinic. p.s. the "one star" is only because that is required to post the review.

I filled out all their required forms on the website but it took several weeks before they could find and process them for me to book an appointment. I finally book 2 appointments and get my email confirmation. Then I get an email confirmation for a different time. No call, no explanation why, no asking if I can make that time. I call and tell them I can't make this new time. The front desk says that is fine, they can change it back. I went for my first appointment. Today I get another email confirming my 2nd appointment but at the wrong time. I call back and they suddenly can no longer accommodate the original time even though they had already confirmed it so they cancel my appointment. I am not going to try again. Here's some advice for Well Balanced: if you don't want appointments made at certain times, don't have them available when you ask people to book online.
