Everyone has been telling me this is the best place to get a pedicure. Went last Friday for the…read morefirst time. We had an appointment, but it was very busy. I understand they were trying to get people in and out because there were people waiting by the door, but that shouldn't reduce the quality of service. The lady doing my pedicure, did not change her gloves from the person before me. She just rinsed them off in the sink. So that was absolutely disgusting. There was no massage. Just scrubbed my legs with some sugar scrub. The polish job was only OK. I also didn't see them wiping anything down or sanitizing anything in between . I definitely will not be returning to this place.

She didn't touch the blonde in the front pieces so I have a yellow-blonde in front and then a grey-blonde on the rest. The brown is a very cool tone almost black and does not match my natural hair color like I asked(it looks a lot better on camera than in person). She was nice and said my hair was an experiment for her but when I told her I was not pleased she refused to refund me anything. She offered to fix it but since it's very inconsistent, I doubt it would be better a second time.

Her stylist was right there and never said anything not even hey will be right with you. Another stylist had to come from around the corner. Then she seemed annoyed the entire time. We showed pictures of what she wants and still didn't cut enough layers. She then asked if she wanted it dried. I have never had a haircut where they don't dry it to see that nothing needs to be fixed. I asked if she had time to style it and she was like it is an extra charge and I said that is fine. She just seemed so annoyed with us.

If you read the additional information here on yelp, Jennie has clear instructions on how to book future appointments, and I had no issue with securing an appointment with a couple weeks advance notice as a new client. They are VERY BUSY with returning loyal clientele so it is impossible to have a walk in appointment, so just a heads up. Some may find that frustrating, but to me it's a sign of an establishment that understands the importance of having a good rapport with their clients. I came here for my first appointment with my infant and they were very warm & welcoming. It was very clean & you can tell that they care about getting to know their clients. I felt comfortable and cared for and mine and my best friends pedicures were fantastic! I always get gel on my toes and even with sandal weather they are still beautiful almost a month later.
