He seems to just know what needs to be stretched, manipulated or just worked out and you will feel amazing. Then I found Kirsty. She does a deep tissue massage that feels like she is massaging muscles in the front of your body via the back of your body. My muscle pain does not stand a chance. And then I met Andrey. Andrey Pravda came to Medford from the Ukraine and brought some of the most amazing techniques I have ever experienced. He has so much care and concern for his patients and takes the time to really focus on your needs. I've had several massages here by Travis Whalen and every time was a great experience. It can be very difficult for me to find a good massage therapist as I have a lot of pain, trigger points, and knots throughout my body, plus I am hyper-mobile which makes it very easy to overwork myself. Travis has done a great job of working my tight muscles and helping my body feel free again. For example, I've had a big knot in my neck for over 6 months now and only after a massage with him were we finally able to smooth it out and release my trigger point. He is also very communicative with what he is doing and checking in on you. Very knowledgeable about the muscles in the body and the best way to care for them. Highly recommend for anyone needing deep tissue work. Also as an added bonus, he does inner mouth massage! I know that may sound really weird to lots of people out there, but for someone who has had aching jaw pain for years it is amazing. He was able to massage a muscle that has been the main source of my jaw pain and headaches for over several years.
