My primary complaint was not taken care of despite their best effort. It happens. I was thinking about coming back in a week to see if that would help- but upon paying she asked me how much I wanted to tip. I said $15. I felt this was more than fair considering the massage was $70, my neck and back pain did not change, and they called me nonstop to change my scheduled time. I couldn't even lift my leg to put my pants on. I went to 2 different chiropractors and 3 different massage therapists until I found Mark. Mark immediately identified and zeroed in on my problem. He focused on the affected muscles with a passion. He has extremely strong hands and no fear. I've never worked with any massage therapist like him before. He manipulated muscles with deep tissue I didn't even know I had. He also gave me key nutrition advice and exercises specific to my injury. I now have more movement in my back, hip and leg than I have had in a year. I highly recommend him and wish I had found him sooner!
