I got a massage here for the first time and the title is correct. It was amazing!! I received a 1 hour massage and I have nothing but great things to say. I highly recommend checking out this place. I'll be back! read more

I found Amazing Massage on Yelp and wanted to treat my girlfriend to a 90-minute massage. The overwhelmingly positive reviews gave me confidence in booking. On Monday, October 12, 2026, I called ahead and spoke with a woman who identified herself as "Lilly." I brought my girlfriend to the business myself, personally paid for the massage beforehand, and gave a 25% tip. I paid with a debit card to a woman who identified herself as "April." April and I were unable to communicate well in English and had to use a translation app on her phone. The business runs out of an older residential house. Inside, I found the place musty, dingy, and unprofessional-looking. I did not notice a massage-therapy license displayed in the areas I saw while inside. I made the mistake of assuming that because the business had many positive reviews, maybe it was simply an unconventional or very basic location with good massage therapists. I left while my girlfriend had the massage and returned to pick her up afterward. I did not personally witness what occurred in the massage room, so I'm reporting the details specifically as what my girlfriend told me immediately after the appointment. When my girlfriend got into my car afterward, she told me that during the massage she realized the treatment-room door was left halfway open while she was completely undressed. She told me she heard the front-door bell multiple times and footsteps coming and going. She told me that she felt exposed and unsafe. My girlfriend said she saw what appeared to be old children's-themed sheets being used on massage tables. She also told me that during the massage April touched her breasts and genital area in ways that she experienced as inappropriate and had not consented to. I deeply regret ignoring my initial reaction to the environment and proceeding with the appointment. Based on my own firsthand experience with this business and what my girlfriend reported to me immediately afterward, I would not recommend this place. We're considering reporting the privacy and professional boundary concerns to the appropriate Oregon licensing authorities so they can determine whether further investigation is warranted. read more

This place does legit very deep tissue Chinese massage. I have no idea about other modalities, but if you need deep tissue work, they do solid work here. read more

It was the most amazing experience I've had I highly recommend amazing massage if you are looking for pain, relief or just a good massage

Good full body massage which was very stress relieving, very convenient to get in last-minute for a 2-person appointment. Price was reasonable from what we understand, the employees were very nice. We felt like it was hard on them doing 2 massages at once because they unfortunately also had to answer the phone during our massages when people were calling to schedule. read more

wonderful foot massage, totally relaxed after treatment i called, they got me in with in an hour, friendly people at a responsible price . i recommend this service, I will returning next week read more

W O W. Went in yesterday with a sore shoulder which kept nagging me throughout the day, today it feels amazing. Even my husband was shocked as to how my back was soft and "squishy" and not tense and knotted up as usual! Great massage, firm pressure, gets the job done right. Hot stone was amazing! I will 100% be back! read more

I have never had a massage like this ever. I am a hair stylist and have knots all over in my back from doing hair. I have been getting massages all from someone else and getting no results. This massage that I got was excellent. Cindy worked on all of my knots and did deep tissue massage. The hot stones were amazing. Thank you so much Cindy for your help to allow me to work pain free. I will recommend you to all of my clients. Thank you so very much. read more

My knots are gone! I came in very stiff in my neck, shoulders and forearms and left feeling lighter. I wouldn't say this was the most comfortable massage but I guess comfort isn't what you should be looking for when it's a deep tissue massage. I would take an effective muscle knot removing massage over a comfortable soft massage that left me still stiff. The pricing is good at $70 for 60 minutes. They add a $2 charge when using credit card. It would have been nice to be given a heads up when they applied the hot stones/hot towel. read more

The best massage. Great service. I am very tired from work every day. I go here for massage every week to relax. I feel relaxed the next day after the massage. read more

Recently had a great massage at Amazing Massage in Medford Oregon. Got complete relief from my lower back pain. The room was clean and the masseuse was very friendly and thorough in treating my problem. Highly recommended for pain treatment or just normal tension relief. read more

I've been to several different massage parlors in Southern Oregon and have always been let down. Not the case with Amazing Massage. Cindy is awesome!!! She applies a ton of pressure for the entire session. I liked it so much I bought gift cards for my husband and Dad for Christmas. Best masseuse around. read more

I had been traveling on a two week road trip, and was in town to see family. I needed to find a massage place! I used YELP to find Amazing Massage. My brother said he had gone here before and that he had a good massage, so I made an appointment. I felt really good after seeing Cindy for a massage, so I made another appointment for three days later. Thank you for two great massages! read more

I came in as a walk-in and the therapist, Cindy (I believe that was her name), was able to fit me in immediately. The massage was incredible and I left feeling very relaxed and way less tense than when I walked in. The hot stones and warm towel were a pleasant surprise! read more

One of the best massages I've ever had! My BF and I were visiting and it exceeded any standards we had for a great massage while on a vacation read more

Booked ahead for a 3.30pm appointment. Got there a few minutes early. After a couple of minutes was asked to wait in another room. After 10 more minutes, came in to say i should undress and get on the bed, then left again (presumably to attend to other guests). At 3.50pm i decided to leave - they clearly have no respect for their clients' time. Can't comment on the actual massage, but I will not be returning to such a place. Place itself was a no-frills type of place, the treatment room was very stuffy with no option to open the window or get any other type of ventilation. Seems unwise during COVID-19. read more

Fantastic massage!Lily's a tiny lady, but don't let her size fool you, her massages are so hard and will leave you super ralaxed . I was in(shoulder) pain for 2+months. Much better she can find the reason for the pain and fix it. Absolutely worth the cost! I'll definitely be coming back. read more

Walked in and she said 10 min so I waited, when they were done with 2 lady customers with different masseuces said they had seen me before which I had been there before but they were always busy so I never had a massage. They were real nasty and would not take me because she said I wanted more last time. I had never had a massage there an will never darken their doors again. read more

Great massage would recommend to anyone she was awesome wish she could speak English but other than that it was great

I had a headache for 2 days and on the second day I woke up in so much pain. My husband mentioned I should try a massage. I called and she was so kind and able to fit me in that same day after we called 4 places. I was so grateful for that and was hoping for some relief. I was absolutely blown away because that was the best massage I have ever had. I've gotten massages for years because I've worked in the spa industry. I was so impressed and my headache and neck pain was completely gone. I will be coming back! Thank you! read more

Lilly is amazing and very professional. Truly she is petite but delivers a powerful massage. The environment is pleasant however too many interruptions. She is helping other therapists and making appointments as well as checking in walk ins while trying to get you to relax and enjoy your massage. She always makes up for it but it would be so much more appreciated if they had an answering system or person to take calls. Hi highly recommend her or other therapist in her business. I have had an Excellent deep tissue massage every time. read more
