Finally they were on the phone and asked if they could reschedule me because they had a walk in. I then had my massage which was-- okay. My primary complaint was not taken care of despite their best effort. It happens. I was thinking about coming back in a week to see if that would help- but upon paying she asked me how much I wanted to tip. I said $15. I felt this was more than fair considering the massage was $70, my neck and back pain did not change, and they called me nonstop to change my scheduled time. I felt like the lady strong armed me into tipping more. I will not go back. I do not recommend this place. The lady was nice- it very poor business practices.

What a godsend this thing is...especially for us old guys that havent seriously worked out in a gym in years or even decades. I also see it producing amazing gains for local professional athletes and gym rats alike. Amazing noticeable gains, huge improvements in strength, range of motion, and quickness. 3 months in, and overall gains are above 150% total weight, and max weight for me personally. Not bad for only spending 30 minutes a week on the ARX Machine. I also love it tracks my past workouts and progress and displays my current live efforts vs past workouts and displays them visually while working out...helps add a little visual incentive into putting out more effort for me. The staff here is amazing, supportive and knowledgeable. I love being able to go in and use their equipment, ARX, Red Light Therapy, and PEMF mat, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with my monthly all I can use plan.

Not your typical massage -- way more targeted and effective. The space is beautiful and peaceful, and everyone there was kind, professional, and really tuned in to what I needed. You can tell they actually care about helping people feel better -- not just cycling folks in and out like a spa. If you're in Grants Pass or anywhere in Southern Oregon, this place is a gem.
