I found Victoria via yelp and decided to take a chance based on good reviews. I'm so glad I did…read morebecause I was SO impressed with the quality of her skill and her touch. It's not easy to find practitioners who are willing and able to give a great deep tissue massage. In addition to the technical skills, Victoria also has a quality of touch that cannot be taught in massage school. She really nailed it, and the touch was just perfect consistently throughout the whole massage. She left me in total bliss, and I will definitely be back to see her again.

I fell down stairs and hurt my tailbone, I tripped hiking and rolled downhill, hurting my back and hip, and I also had a bad hike- too high, too fast and wrenched my left leg and hip. Needless to say, besides pain, I had difficulty walking, was very stiff and protective of my back, my leg muscles were spasming with restless leg day and night. I couldn't even lift my leg to put my pants on. I went to 2 different chiropractors and 3 different massage therapists until I found Mark. Mark immediately identified and zeroed in on my problem. He focused on the affected muscles with a passion. He has extremely strong hands and no fear. I've never worked with any massage therapist like him before. He manipulated muscles with deep tissue I didn't even know I had. He also gave me key nutrition advice and exercises specific to my injury. I now have more movement in my back, hip and leg than I have had in a year. I highly recommend him and wish I had found him sooner!

It was my first time getting a massage from... a professional, I guess? And wow it was so amazing. My therapist was Vaia, and I think his was Brittany. They were both so nice, and after telling Vaia I had never had a real massage before she was understanding (I felt pretty lame going into such a fancy place not knowing what I'm doing or getting into) and nice and was asking me what kind of pressure I like and I said I didn't know, and she just said we'll see what happens and I could feel free to let her know what I needed and wanted, and what areas I want her to focus on, etc. I ended up just not even saying anything during the massage because it was just perfect all around! I knew about the lounge going in, and it's so relaxing. With the escape package we got some champagne and chocolates and got the whole "oasis club" area to ourselves for a whole hour. It's so lovely in there with the infra-red sauna, steam room, nice showers with great products you can try for yourself, and the Himalayan salt room which is my favorite part, and ended up being my husband's favorite too (even though at first he was skeptical and didn't understand what the point of a pit full of salt was)... Overall it was a really easy and nice experience scheduling and everything. It was such a lovely time. For my first spa experience I'm really really pleasantly surprised because I assumed it was going to be awkward! It was very relaxing. Definitely will get us another Christmas spa night next year (if not sooner...)!

We had been discussing throughout the massage that my knee is injured (Torn meniscus, arthritis, no cartilage) and that I couldn't fully straighten it without discomfort. At the very end, after she wrapped my feet in warm towels, she grabbed my leg and pulled ( traction) and it really hurt. I yelped out loud. She just sort of left the room. It completely ruined the massage, because now my knee was hurting. I said something to her once I came out of the room and she was there to greet me. I told her that she probably didn't mean to hurt me, but she did. No apology, she just told me to "take care" and hurried off. I'm a long time massage therapist and I would never have treated a client that way. Very disappointing to pay all that $$ and leave upset. I really enjoy the wellness lounge, though. That was the best part of the experience.
