Amazingly, the restaurant was located only a couple of blocks from the Vicksburg Battlefield, which I would very much have liked to see. But it was pitch-black outside around 9:00 p.m. So, there was nothing visible to see except the illuminated restaurant situated on a frontage road. Our Cantonese dinner was a welcome gustatory change of pace for us. Diane concentrated on 8 Cantonese Fried Shrimp, while I began with 8 large Pork Panfried Dumplings and a bowl of tasty Hot & Sour Soup with Crispy Soup Noodles. I was surprised to receive only one Egg Roll, but it was massive and filling, containing both shrimp and vegetables. For the Potstickers I received requested Chinese Chili Oil and a fruity Sweet & Sour Sauce plus an interesting Duck Sauce which had been previously unknown to me. For my main I was pleased to receive fresh, hot and juicy Chicken Chow Mein accompanied by Steamed White Rice. Service was good. The dining room was rather plain but clean.
