Inside dining room. Make your order in front of the plastic screen and eat at a table if you like.

Just had some lunch here. Nondescript hole in the wall. Lady takes your order and disappears into the back and eventually your order comes back in a small styrofoam container filled with half rice and half the entree. You get two 12-oz cans of soda if you order sodas . I ordered the relatively simple beef and broccoli. It was hot when it came out. The broccoli was cooked to just crunchy but the flavor was a little funny. Maybe it's the local water. The rice was a little off flavor as well. There wasn't that much beef in the dish and the pieces were small, tiny, thin. Flavor what flavor? Not a lot of options here. Hope I don't need to stay here too long.

A true delight! For starters they offer both written and picture menus so you really have everything you need to make a good choice. The staff was friendly and very attentive. I ordered a plate to-go and had to wait less than 5 minutes to be served. The food comes with a either white or fried rice, soy sauce, and sriracha for those who like it spicy. I will definitely be eating here again!

The best Asian food in West Texas, not buffet style, made to order and the rice is FANTASTIC!!!

    Orange Chicken and Steamed Rice.

Their meat is light on the batter, outside light and crisp. Very tasty. Plates are a bit small. But nice place to eat in Pecos, one of the better spots.

The orange chicken was chicken nuggets cut in half. Sauce was sweet no flavor. Would not recommend this place

The orange chicken with fried rice was spot on. Large serving, also. Glad I found it on Yelp and decided to give it a try, while traveling.

This place has the best food in Pecos. I got the red curry and it did not disappoint.

I got the red curry which tasted like any Thai mussaman.

    Noodles and Dumplings

The restaurant offers ample seating, though it can become busy, and takeout is also available. My girlfriend and I had been looking forward to trying this place, and it did not disappoint. The food was exceptionally flavorful--the chicken fried noodles and chicken dumplings were outstanding, and the fruit- and vanilla-filled baos were especially enjoyable. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and we will definitely be returning. I'm glad to have such a quality spot close to home.

Driving through West Texas, my husband and I were looking for a quick place to stop for lunch…read more Knowing I LOVE dumplings, he found a restaurant in the middle of Texas that served up just that. Disclaimer: The restaurant I tried from this restaurant is not what I'd considered "authentic" as some other Yelp users have stated. It's some version that suits the local palette. Service: The service was great. The host/server seated us right away, came by to take our order when we were ready, and proceeded to check in periodically to make sure our meal was okay. Ambiance: The restaurant is pretty big, with plenty of seating available. Food: Like I mentioned, the food isn't "authentic", but it's as authentic as you can get in West Texas! The food was still good! By husband and I ordered The xiao long bao (pictured). The dumplings did not have a thin wrap or soup inside. Quite the contrary of what makes a xiao long bao what it is, but the dumpling itself was still flavored well, and delicious. It tastes like a regular dumpling cosplaying as a xiao long bao. For the entree, my husband and I shared the chicken stir fry noodle. The noodle was really good and the portions were HUGE. I'm glad we both shared an entree because we didn't have any means to take away leftovers!
