Asian Harbor is our go-to for Chinese delivery in the city, mainly because they deliver sushi along with standard Chinese fare. My husband always gets noodles or fried rice or some other "Chinese specialty" but I stick with the sushi and egg drop soup. They also have a great soup that has crabmeat and asparagus in a light broth, but you need to order a big container of it so I rarely get it. The sushi is actually tasty but can be pricey unless you get their 3 rolls for $8.75 deal. Asian Harbor has honestly the best spicy tuna roll I have ever had. I don't have high expectations for sushi, so I would take that last comment with a grain of salt, but honestly it's good. The tuna is almost shredded and is mixed with a lightly spicy mayo and something crunchy, which gives it some texture. it's really good. I also like that you can customize rolls in their online ordering (I like to add avocado to my salmon roll). Delivery is fast (especially when you order online) and the delivery guys are always friendly. There is one in particular who has gotten to know us and always says hi to our dog... he gets an extra tip every time! They have a discount code for when you order from their website, so I would recommend always ordering online. The times that I have called, the woman who answers the phone is very friendly, which can be hard to find at Chinese delivery restaurants. The only thing I would change is for them to be open on Mondays, since I always seem to crave sushi then. read more

I order from here frequently. Good food and fast delivery. The delivery drivers are always nice as well.

I'll start with the good: The steamed dumplings were great. The bad: This was the worst pad thai I have ever eaten. We ordered mild but the dish was spicy, with no other flavor, and low quality chicken. We also ordered a chicken dish which had little flavor and the same low quality chicken. Won't be ordering from here again. read more

I wanted to give this another try. I really did. Then I got food poisoning. How can the management be OK with such mediocrity? Truly an appalling dining option. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemies. I saw in another order: "you've definitely had worse" - I disagree. I have not had worst. This is the worst. This is the absolute baseline and really straddles the line between what someone can call "food." Really abhorrent and a real disappointment to Asian culture. I apologise on behalf of my culture because food this consistently bad takes serious effort - a dedicated interest in making your life just a little bit worse. read more

You know, Baltimore isn't a place for food. But it's a small city, so you can't be too hard. Unfortunately, Asian Harbour disappoints on multiple levels. Let's start with time for delivery; ordered 7pm, arrived 945pm. Unacceptable. Food: the green curry chicken; bland, incorrect preparation, and poor spice. Completely uninspired The steamed pork dumplings; doughy balls not suitable for anyone. The fact they pass this off as dumplings has literally made me lose faith in Chinese cuisine in America Egg rolls; fried coleslaw. Maybe if they spent the time to cleaning the fryer, they could turn a product that doesn't remind me of petrified excrement Walnut shrimp; a fried dish with sugar. How do you mess this up? It legitimately depressed me. Price; I'd comment here, but price is tied to value. Something that was absent during this meal. If I were a chef that knew proper Chinese cuisine, I'd move into Baltimore where such service is desperately needed. Just truly horrid on all levels. read more

My love obsession with Asian Harbor has officially ended. Their value combos are a great value. Their food is decent enough for quick take-out. However, I have ordered delivery twice over the last week....the same order to the same address that I have been ordering for about a year now. General Tsos Tofu and a Diet pepsi. Both times they messed it up (orange tofu, YUCK! the first night and general tso's chicken- not appropriate for a veg meal- tonight). Both times they brought a replacement, but both times it was wrong again in that it was fried rice instead of white. And tonight...when all I wanted after a 14 hour day at work was to have someone deliver awesome to my doorstep, can you believe the delivery driver had the audacity to ask me for the general tso's chicken back? Starving, I had eaten part of the rice already (thankfully since it was the only white rice that I was going to get)...talk about not having their shit together and crap customer service. Thankfully, after calling the restaurant, he was told that I could keep the food, so at least I had white rice to compliment my new messed up order. The food is good, but it is not that good. Once, shame on you. Twice, shame on me. Third time is not going to happen to this lady! read more

I dig the deals! $8.25 for a dinner combo with your choice of rice (white, fried, brown) and a side (wonton, shrimp toast, can of soda, etc.)... you just really can't beat it. Plus Asian Harbor offers friendly service and delivery. I ordered through grubhub and was so thankful to find a decent Asian restaurant that delivers with sufficient noms. The poo-poo platter was delicious and the pad thai was pretty tasteful as well. So glad to finally have a decent place to order my Asian takeout in the city, where I'm not concerned they're serving cats and dogs. Just kidding :) read more

Huge menu. Good food. Fast delivery. I really enjoy the Chinese and the American dishes they serve. Only thing I've ever not enjoyed were the chicken fingers, but it's a Chinese restaurant, so that is probably my fault. I highly recommend the Philly cheese steak spring roll. I know it sounds crazy, but I can't get enough of them. read more

Standard Chinese delivery. Nothing more, nothing less. Oh and one more thing...if you order online on their website instead of over the phone you save 10% off your order! : ) read more

Ordered this while my Nephew was at Hopkins in the ICU. They were fast, courteous and the food was on point. Got Spare Ribs which were delicious. Steamed Seafood delight was good and my Sister Had Drunken Noodles and said they were pretty good. Dinner combination is a legit meal with Salad, Egg roll and Rice along with the Entree. read more

Ordered the drunken noodle and chicken yat gaw mein and extra brown sauce. I love drunken noodle, I asked for medium spicy, could have been a little spicier. Something was missing may be more of the spices. I had one set back, just as I was finishing I got a migraine with the aura, there must have been some MSG in it. Two hours later after meds and sleep I was hungry so I ate the yat gaw mein, no problem there. I've ordered the sushi before and enjoyed it. When I order again and I will, I'll have to add "No MSG" to each order. read more

I saw some negative reviews and was skeptical but decided to try them anyway. Everything was delicious! They arrived a little early actually, and the driver was extremely friendly. This is going to be my Chinese spot when I'm at work. Satisfied customer over here! read more

Our delivery order arrived 1.5 hours late, which would be understandable because I imagine a ton of people were ordering in because of the cold weather. What was not understandable was not calling us to let us know that it would be that late. Almost everything we ordered was bland. The hot n' sour soup was hot, but not sour and it had way too much cornstarch. It tasted like someone had put a chili pepper in water with cornstarch. I found the dumpling wrappers were too thick. The chow fun was also bland. The texture of the noodles were good, but it tasted as if just plain oil was drizzled on it. The eggrolls were bland. The only dish that had any flavor was the walnut shrimp and it was still sub par. My boyfriend made the mistake of ordering Thai from this place. Again, the green curry was bland. It tasted only of chili. There was no complexity to it. There was no sweetness to the dish at all. There was no flavor of coconut in it. Basically, this place does not know how to use garlic, ginger, or any flavoring for that matter. All I wanted in the end was a fortune cookie, because that is one thing that they can't mess up, but they did, because there were none in our order. All around fail. I will not be ordering from them again. read more

Just ordered from here. All of the food came and it tasted fine. The crab rangoon was delicious (which is why this is 2 stars and not 1). However the drunken noodle was only mildly spicy when I specifically ordered very spicy. They provided no utensils: neither chopsticks nor forks. The delivery person ignored my comment to buzz in and instead waited across the street until I came to the door. read more

Food was great, delivery fast - but they dropped it at the hotel front desk and didn't bring it to the room. Wasn't expecting that. Hotel allows them to deliver to the room. read more

This is good local Asian cuisines they offer a wide array of menu items stemming across oriental genres of food. The delivery made it quicker than the originally expected time frame and the food was all very fresh. Sushi roll and Chinese were delicious! read more

I found a pubic hair in my food. I kid you not. This was not the hair from someone's head, arm, leg - heck, it wasn't even from someone's arm pit. Nope, this was from someone's nether regions, which means someone did not wash their hands after going to the bathroom and then had the unmitigated disgusting gall to go prepare our food. Speaking of the food - the food's great. Love the food. Hate the pubes. read more

I got the eel roll and the spicy tuna roll. Both were bad and the tuna tasted very old. I'm hoping I don't get food poisoning.

The sushi was basically just a dried ball of rice. And cucumber in seaweed salad? That's like putting a bumper sticker on a benz. I'm not ordering from here again. read more

I have tried several fried rice in other restaurants, but nothing compares to the fried rice in your restaurant, continue cooking the rice in this way and you will always have a customer with me. Thank you read more

Honestly, for the price and for the portions you get, this place is just great. I've ordered from here a few times and I haven't been let down. They're quick and reliable. The Pad Thai is really good and my husband loved the shrimp lo mein. It's Chinese takeout at its finest. read more

I was going to order lo mein but then my friend handed me the phone and I saw the menu and said, "This is a real Chinese restaurant!? This changes everything!" I wasn't disappointed. read more

I've ordered sushi from this place probably like 30 times while I've lived in Baltimore and until recently never had any issues. Lately that has changed. Tuna has been noticeably less fresh and the last four times I've ordered spicy tuna it's been soaked in oil (literally, the bottom is dripping oil). Not appetizing at all. Not sure what has changed, but I think I'm going to start looking for other options. read more

My go-to for Thai delivery. They have some pan-Asian foods but I have trouble finding thai places that deliver and are affordable. The dinner combo for Drunken Noodles is only $7.95 and it comes with a choice of white / fried rice and a choice of egg roll, crab rangoon or soup. Pretty good deal! Delivery charge is $1.00 and the food comes fast. The delivery people are always friendly. Once they delivered while the snow was coming down and they came in about 35 min (when they estimated about 45 min to 1 hour) and the delivery guy was apologizing profusely. read more

They have a great delivery area. I prefer them over the local Asian restaurant due to customer service and food. Discounts available when you order online from their website. Live the Singapore style fried rice. read more

The sushi was really good! I got Thai green curry as well and that was just ok. I have a feeling the the Chinese and sushi are mainly what people order from here. The prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be ordering sushi from here again! read more

It's very hard to find good Thai food in Baltimore. This place offers some of the most popular dishes at an affordable price. The chef obviously knows what he's doing since the food is good. I always get the Green Curry Chicken and sometimes the Chicken Basil. read more

I don't eat a lot of Chinese food because it never leaves me feeling very well, if you know what I mean. However, this is my new place. Lo mein is good. A bit greasy, but not mushy. I am really enjoying their food and their delivery is super fast. Can't wait to try out some more of their stuff. read more

Best Chinese delivery service downtown!! They are so fast and very polite! I alway tip them extra. Just bc they are driving through crazy downtown And offer great service! Love their food and don't forget they also have lunch specials too! read more

I was so happy to find a restaurant that delivered Chinese and Thai to my not so trendy neighborhood I ignored the 3 star rating and ordered the garlic shrimp and sweet and sour shrimp. The sweet and sour shrimp were good, big and cooked just right. the garlic shrimp. There was a large dill pickled hacked up in it and broccoli that was under cooked. Why? It would have been easier to add baby corn or carrots anything but a dill pickle. Delivery man was pleasant and courteous and the food was hot. Maybe it was an off day for the chef. Just to give it the benefit of the doubt, I'll try it again. read more

I ordered the Maryland Roll, egg drop soup, and veggie pad thai. While I wouldn't go as far as to say the food isn't good, it misses the mark on both authenticity and flavor. The greatest benefit is that I was able to have the food delivered for a $2 fee and the prices are decent for the dishes. I was also pleased with the portion size of both the pad thai and the soup. read more

Asian Harbor - Pad Thai - Chinese Near Me - Baltimore, Maryland

I write this with regret. I have been a loyal customer of Asian Harbor for around 2 years. Tonight, I had a bug or spider in my won ton soup. They offered to refund the soup and remake the order. The last thing I want is MORE food from a place that already served us bugs. It totally grossed my family out and we tossed the rest of the food. I understand businesses needing to protect themselves from jerks who try to rip them off, but I am not one of those people, and my Order Up order history can prove it. I'm very disappointed with how they dealt with this situation. I will never order from them again and I will recommend against them to everyone in the neighborhood. read more

Free delivery, sushi and Chinese food in one spot. Sushi was cheap and pretty good, same for Chinese. Not the best we've had, but pretty decent considering your options in Baltimore. read more

Worse food ever...i will never order from them again.I ordered the Pepper Sauce with shrimp and all i got was 3 lousy shrimp. I have ordered from the before and i know they give more than that. If I just wanted rice and veggies i would have ordered just that and not pay $8 lunch price. i am truly upset. read more

Horrible !!! Horrible service !! I called an hour after ordering my food and it hadn't even been sent out yet. She was nasty and very rude when I called. I will never order from here again and recommend that no one ever order from here. read more

My go to Chinese in Baltimore city. The best option used to be ordering through their own website (reduced prices for online orders or cash payments), but since they joined GrubHub, they seem to have disabled their own site. The food isn't the greatest I've ever eaten, but as far as Baltimore takeout options go it is definitely passably decent, well priced, and quickly delivered. The lunch and dinner specials (main plus rice, salad, and a side) are particularly good value. Favorites include the General Tso's, kung pao chicken, and roast pork lo mein. The spring and egg rolls are usually crispy and tasty, and the steamed pork dumplings are good too. The wonton soup is only ok. At quieter times, the quality improves as the food arrives rapidly and has had less time to sit and lose heat and crispness. They also do a decent job with sushi, particularly some of the specialty rolls, and do a good 3 for $12 deal on some of the more basic roll options. Will be happily sticking with AH for the foreseeable future! read more

Great Chinese food. The egg drop soup was the perfect color, consistency, and taste. Simply delicious. The Shrimp Lo Mein also excellent! I couldn't get enough. The orange tofu and fried rice was also good. I was very disappointed by the Volcano roll. The spicy mayo sauce just ruined it. Plus the sauce covered the fish so I couldn't see it to know how fresh it looked. The side salads were a great bonus with the order. I'd give them four stars for the Chinese food. What was I expecting with the sushi? I shouldn't have ordered it from a Chinese-Thai restaurant. read more

All I've tried is the yellow curry chicken, E-4 on the take out menu, and it was NOT any type of Thai curry I've ever had. Pretty bland, mostly chicken and onions with a lil carrots n peas mixed in. Curry should be done well if you're going to claim you serve Thai, but I guess that's what I get for ordering from a sushi/Japanese/Thai place. Price wasn't great ($9) for a "large" order. read more
