This was a terrible experience. I went in because I just needed a dip soak off. They tried to get me to do other services that I repeatedly told them that I did not want. Since, I had dip with gel on top it was starting to peel so the person tried to pull it up with a nail tip so I was afraid he was going to ruin my nails even more. Finally, he started to soak them off. Then another woman took over and asked me if I wanted a manicure which I said I did not want. While there, all the employees were looking at my nails and I can only assume talking and laughing about them. I don't usually have an issue but when everyone is looking at my nails and touching me like they are talking about me that's when I began to get annoyed. Afterwards they changed me $35 which is ridiculous for what little service I received. I will never be back and I would never recommend this salon. read more

I came here for a gel pedicure ($43), and this place is absolutely unacceptable. I will be reporting them to the Department of Health. They do not sterilize their nail instruments between clients, they reuse pumice stones on everyone, and they use the same nail scrub brush for multiple people the inside of the brush was even black. This is unsanitary, unsafe, and a serious health risk. Please avoid this salon unless you want to risk an infection or fungus. read more

Very dirty. Cut dirty nails on the floor. Some kind of snack left on the chair. I asked if the tool she was using is dirty and she said oh and got a different one. A little nervous my mom has a fungus on her toes. Pretty rude. Smells like mildew the minute my mom brought me here. She doesn't drive so this is her convenient place. One worker was snacking and another was filing her nails. Then she proceeded to use the same file on the other workers toes. While my dip powder was getting removed, the manicurist cut my cuticles multiple times, I let her know she was filing my skin and she apologized but continued to do it. As for the nails, I asked for white dip powder in a coffin shape. These were done this morning, as you can see there is no shape. Each nail is shaped differently. I was disappointed with this experience. Would recommend not going here for dip powder. read more

Helen did my eyebrows one was perfect the other one look like Bozo the clown. I have patches in my eyebrows, she wanted to dye my eyebrows for an extra charge . I have thick eyebrows so I don't need dye to fill them out. She overtweeezed my eyebrows!Another lady tried to fix Helen horrendous job , it looks a lil better ! BEWARE!!! I went here recently on Saturday 3/13/2021... nails were just thick, lumpy and not that good. I asked the gentleman Johnny to make the acrylic thin not thick. I've have seen waaaay better job!!! Last but not least, I asked for wax underneath my armpits as I don't have much hair. The prices is $20+ which is ridiculously high. The lady was nice Meimei, but once I enter the back room and laid on the bed she started to wax my armpits. The first 2-3 strips the hair did NOT come out as she used sensitive skin wax. By that time my armpits were in irritated. She proceeded and said that she has to use another wax. The second wax she used took most of the hair out but by this time, my pits were on FIRE!!! She then rubbed some "aloe" cream/gel that made it WORSE. I had to go to an urgent care as an outcome of these burns and spent 2days in pain from this. I want a refund! read more

Tried this nail salon on a whim today. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I picked the color and she used a different but similar color as the first coat and then went over it with the color I actually asked for. Thought that was weird but I let her do her thing. She did a sloppy job, the polish was too thick, I had nail polish on my fingers and the nail polish on my toes looks like it's about to lift off. Called @3:45 to see if Tom was available for a gel manicure @ 6pm......Tom was not available so I told him I needed someone good because I am very picky. Got there a few minutes before 6 and sat for a half hour.... no one bothered to wrap the gel I had on my nails so when the woman who did my nails was ready she had to wrap them. She was not patient and never gave enough time for my nails to soak so she constantly filed and scraped my nails. My nails are already thin and it took a half hour for her to get the polish off. I explained to her to let my nails soak so it would be easier for the polish to come off. She kept apologizing but kept filing.....I was annoyed to say the least. I then had to ask her to file and shape my nails more even because they were crooked. I went to asia nails to get a pedicure. The lady at asia nails gave me the best pedicure ever. She did a lot of stuff that i never got done at other nail salons. She didn't rush and everyone in there do the same exact technique on doing pedicures. She filed my toe nails very perfect and polished it very nicely. My feet feel so smooth. And she ask before doing things. The only reason why i didn't give this place a five star was because the lady that did my pedicure wasn't that friendly and she didn't get friendlier after i gave her a tip. Decided to give it another go the 2nd time was a lil bit better I paid $21 not a big deal came back again the service was similar to the first, rushed not happy with the service and not mention prices went up to $23 for a BASIC pedicure nothing special at all when questioned they told me "supplies prices are increasing" .. I'm also a nail tech so i understand but if you're going to rise your prices every chance you get make sure you have the service to match. If you zoom in my toes you'll see he didn't even clean up the mess he made with the polish but they wanna charge $23? Ridiculous! Pedicure came out decent BUT my full set is the worst I've had in a long time. The lady at the first chair, slash cashier, slash reception, slash does eyebrows just had to do my nails! As usual they speak over the customers in their own language and she was doing everything else but focusing on my services. I do not like the bent up shape of my nail and she cut them way too short. I also have a strong notion that the gel polish is bottled at the salon. I saw so many different wholesale large colors of glitter and she was pushing the gel polish like a car salesman. Also, I have no shine on my regular polish the same day the nails were done. Otherwise, appeared clean & neat but about average $5.00 more than other nail salons in the area. The first time I came here , the man on seat 2 did my nails .they lasted about 2 weeks and all ended up snapping off on their own from simple things but I figured Atleast it lasted 2 weeks so I got my nails done here again , this by one of the older women . This was on a Friday and by Sunday 2 nails had broken . Snapped in half with the simplest movement . one broke while turning my steering wheel and the other while scratching my head with barely any pressure because I was scared this would happen . I got my nails repaired at a different place and you can tell the difference in quality because the nails done by them jiggle so much when touched and the ones repaired are sturdy and don't move. read more

I got a full set 2 weeks ago today. Originally, I was very happy with the job as it was a specific design that was well executed. I paid $60 and left a $10 tip. 70 dollar nails isn't something I treat myself to frequently (or ever for that matter). I expect that it would last and would be well worth the money spent. Last night a nail fell off, just before 2 weeks were up. I figured since my set was so expensive they might do a repair/replacement on one nail on the house since it lifted and fell clean off. This lady just GLUED MY OLD NAIL BACK ON. I could've done that myself at home. She then proceeded to explain that it came off because the nails are long but all the other nails are fine and I've been pretty careful with them. This is poor customer service, in my opinion, and I won't be returning to them. I just came out of this place and it was sooooo bad i had a blonde asian girl help me i didnt get her name because im deaf and she spoke very quietly, first strike was she didnt even bothered removing the previous nail polish i had on right so i have a mix of red and mustard on my nail, second strike i have very easy nails to handle for hands and toes and she cut me for the first time i didnt say anything but then she cut me 3 more times and i started bleeding, she pushed that gel polish like a car salesman like another review said and 3rd strike when she was doing my pedicure she didnt even bother to pull up the cuff of my pants so they didnt get wet, safe to say my pants are wet from the calve and down and also i messed up a nail and she didnt even fix it she just put clear polish on it WTH!!!!! I just got my pedicure. I have been to this establishment several times prior and never had a problem until today. I used a gift card and was going to leave a cash tip, the price of the pedicure is $21 they charged my Bank of America gift card for $24.15 they included %15 gratuity without asking and have the nerve to have the tip line below. Being that it's a gift card the charge goes through but pending. I thought that this is very funny financially. What if I needed the remaining amount on the card.
