If I was to say anything positive is that wait time is not that bad, people so far seem pleasant…read moreand nice. My only critique is that the lady that did my manicure could do with a bit more training with gel polish, because even when I tell her she didn't cover or she missed a spot she spoke to me like I don't know what I'm saying and say something as if that's normal all I know is she did my feet ok, but hands no and it was a simple low cut round gel no extensions and no design. ‍‍ so I'm off to hope and find a location that will listen and communicate better. The kicker for me really was when she clipped me and she pulled on my skin as if ripping it off. She refuse to soak it again to soften the skin

This was a terrible experience. I went in because I just needed a dip soak off. They tried to get…read moreme to do other services that I repeatedly told them that I did not want. Since, I had dip with gel on top it was starting to peel so the person tried to pull it up with a nail tip so I was afraid he was going to ruin my nails even more. Finally, he started to soak them off. Then another woman took over and asked me if I wanted a manicure which I said I did not want. While there, all the employees were looking at my nails and I can only assume talking and laughing about them. I don't usually have an issue but when everyone is looking at my nails and touching me like they are talking about me that's when I began to get annoyed. Afterwards they changed me $35 which is ridiculous for what little service I received. I will never be back and I would never recommend this salon.

His energy from the moment he started already told me this was going to go bad but I gave him the benefit of the doubt, BIG mistake he ignored everything I said and began by cutting them too short and then proceeded to put the gel polish on so messy and rushed. it was disrespectful at that point. then when I told the owner Bee all she simply did was take 4 dollars off LOL it was a complete joke. I'm thankful that one of my closest friends know the owner of Nikicreations, and when she over…read moreheard me saying I need a lady that does alterations on sari tops, immediately she told me I need to see Ranuka. I had some outfits come in from India, but the tops were made a bit to small for me, I came by the store on Saturday afternoon and met with the lovely owner. She took my measurements and I explained to her what I needed done. Pricing for alterations are not and, it's what I would be expecting to pay if I was getting this done in Jackson Heights NY... The store offers alot of Indian items; from clothes, jewelry, accessories a few more items; for men, woman and children. Some items on display however do seem a bit out dated, compared to the fashion and style of today's designers. The prices for items in the shop seem on the higher side, but considering there are not many Indian shops around, and majority of items are coming from India, it's rare findings. The shop also has beauty services: hair, eyebrow threading, and even Hannah! I honestly never knew this shop was here, but now that I've been made aware I'll be coming in more often for some services and when I need alterations on my Indian ware. I also need to make a shout out to the kind woman who works in the shop along side the owner (I can't remember her name!!). She was extremely sweet on the phone with me, and when I was in the shop she definitely helped a lot!
