Polished and done within 24 minutes. Both done in 54 Minutes and cost $56. The mani just as fast, didn't use any cuticle softener or warm soak. Went to town with the Dremel tool. I selected a nice gold gel polish color for a holiday party the color was old, she added something to it and shook it up. The color is orange not gold the way it looked on the color palette. But the colors sometimes change when old. I won't go back.

I personally love that and made me feel right at home and comfortable. As far as the service, my nails and my toes came out looking very good. I got the gel manicure and to this day, as I write this review, my nails look pristine. My toes were thoroughly maintained and my big toes especially were well taken care of. I will definitely be coming back because the prices were also bomb! If you love everything I just said then I strongly consider you coming, I cannot speak for acrylic nails or any kind of designs, as I only did a simple color.

Love love love Kelly at OPI! She was recommended to me by a coworker who goes to her every 3 weeks…read more I always see her adorable nail designs and ask her who did them. The answer was ways Kelly so finally I decided to try her out for my vacation. It was my first time doing dip powder nails so I was a little nervous. I've done gel shellac before and they ruin my nails. They literally peel off in layers after I get the shellac removed. I hated the results even though it lasted a long time. Many say the 'healthier' is dip so I asked Kelly if she could do nail art on dip and she very happily said yes. They have SO many dip powder colors to choose from, it's overwhelming. I showed her a picture of what I wanted on PInterest and she tried her best to mimic it but the glitter she used wasn't quite the same. Kelly was very precise in cleaning and shaping my nail and cuticles. I wasn't expecting her to use a dremel and it made me nervous at some points but she did a good job. Then the long tedious process of dipping my 10 fingernails began. Kelly was patient and never rushed. I definitely recommend her. Price was good too. You get a discount if you go back for a fill instead of a first time full set.

I did my first manicure a couple months ago with Vita and she has been doing my nails ever since. She takes her time, she is very precise with my cuticles and nails and overall she does a fantastic job. She is one of the best nail techs I've ever had. The service takes about 1.5-2 hours and it can be a little expensive but honestly you are paying for the quality and top tier service. I highly recommend coming here. I will only be doing my nails here form now. I cannot say enough good things. 10/10- Highly recommend.

Great service, didn't just do what I asked for but also checked that the temperature of the water for my pedicure was good (small but important detail!), got me a Diet Coke, and Hank gave a great foot massage. The massage chairs are also nice (no janky separate, plastic-covered remote) & gave me a massage I actually enjoyed (not always the case with the chairs). Ethan also got my roommate a blanket, which was so sweet! Very happy with our experience :)

I've been coming to this salon on and off for about 5 years, so I'm honestly really disappointed to…read morebe leaving this review. This was at the 525 N Federal Highway location. I came in for my usual gel manicure over my natural nails and a pedicure. My natural nails were very long, and growing them out is important to me. Although my pedicure looked nice, the technician made several comments throughout the appointment that made me uncomfortable. She commented on how "skinny" I was, told me my nails were "dirty" and then said, "You're dirty," and later told me I was "up there in age." When I told her I'm 26, she doubled down. Individually these might be brushed off as jokes, but repeated unsolicited comments about my body, cleanliness, and age felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. The bigger issue happened during my manicure. I looked down and realized she had cut ALL of the natural nails on my left hand extremely short without asking me. Thankfully, I noticed before she did the same to my right hand. I immediately stopped the service and asked for someone else to finish. Another technician was very nice and made the finished manicure look beautiful, but extensions had to be added to my entire left hand because my natural nails were already gone. I specifically grow my natural nails because I don't like the thicker feeling of extensions, so I now have one hand with extensions and one with my natural nails. During the repair, two of my fingers were also filed into the skin enough to bleed. What disappointed me most was that the original technician never apologized or even acknowledged what happened. I was told it was a "miscommunication," but I never asked for my long natural nails to be cut off. I was also told I should come every 2-2.5 weeks instead of every 3-4 weeks so something like this wouldn't happen again, which I genuinely don't understand. The frequency of my appointments has nothing to do with cutting someone's nails without confirming first. I appreciate the staff members who stepped in and made my nails look good afterward, but fixing the appearance doesn't undo losing five natural nails I spent months growing. After being a customer for approximately five years, I expected the situation to be handled very differently. Unfortunately, between the uncomfortable comments, my natural nails being cut without permission, being cut during the repair, and the lack of an apology, I left extremely disappointed.

I have been to this salon several times before, but unfortunately this visit was a very…read moredisappointing experience. Both my friend and I felt like our services were rushed. During my manicure and pedicure, I was cut several times around my fingers and toes, leaving me with multiple small cuts that bled. My friend was also cut several times by the technician because they were rushing. On top of that, the quality of both the manicure and pedicure was below expectations. The nail shaping and cuticle work were sloppy, and the overall results did not reflect the price we paid. I've included photos of the cuts because they show what happened. I understand that mistakes can happen, but rushing clients to the point of causing injuries is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I can't recommend this salon.
