I will say it took my son some time to get use to a hair cut in which he would yell and scream. However the stylist were very patient and kind. My son is now 6 and sits like a champ through his haircut. Of course, the option of watching tv or playing games helps distract him. We've also kept to a single stylist which her name is Marisol. I love how she still listens to what we want but also inputs suggests new ideas. For the past 5 or 6 haircuts, she has been the one to cut my son's hair and honestly we'll keep the same. Marisol will always be the stylist we pick! At the end of every haircut, my son gets his lollipop and balloon. Along with his haircut, we build up points ; so make sure to create an account because if you have a certain amount of points you can get a free haircut!!!!!

We went in for a trim and amy dry cut and make it completely made it uneven, then she took my 4 year old to wash her hair and completely SOAKED her! Paige said she would blow dry her off at the end. When she "finished" she put my daughters hair in a high WET ponytail.When we got home and I took it out I could see the awful job!
