We had to start with him sitting in my lap, crying and fidgeting the whole time, now he will sit on his own and tell Miss Cassie what movie he wants to watch. Cassie was very patient and playful with my son and even though the drive from Spring Valley is a minimum 20 minutes, we always will make the drive! It's been about three years now since we've been going here and the drastic progress my son has made with Cassie is amazing ! Getting a haircut is so no longer a drag but something we look forward to. I am so grateful to have her in our lives!!

I used to get my lifts at another place that was more than twice the price for the same result, and the chemicals smelled much harsher, and my eyes would burn. Love that I find a place that produces the same result, closer to home, for less money. My lift came out with one or two lashes slightly overpermed, and Kristina insisted on not charging me. As a former small business owner, I would have done the same even though I told her I would still be happy to pay because I still left looking better than I came in the door! Highly recommend lash lift and tints with her!

I will say it took my son some time to get use to a hair cut in which he would yell and scream. However the stylist were very patient and kind. My son is now 6 and sits like a champ through his haircut. Of course, the option of watching tv or playing games helps distract him. We've also kept to a single stylist which her name is Marisol. I love how she still listens to what we want but also inputs suggests new ideas. For the past 5 or 6 haircuts, she has been the one to cut my son's hair and honestly we'll keep the same. Marisol will always be the stylist we pick! At the end of every haircut, my son gets his lollipop and balloon. We have been members since this establishment open and you would think that would come with great service, but it shows opposite of that. I had an appointment today at 10:30 even though walk-ins are welcome at 10 AM. Also important to mention two barber with no clients or appointments anywhere in site. Only to be welcomed by a gentleman named David who told me that walk ins aren't necessarily first come first basis. I was the first person outside the building. He said it was situational. The tone of the conversation was not only condescending but dismissive. The service at this location has shown time and time again less than a destination for "gents". With so many local businesses lacking business you would think they would be more receptive to customers trying to be loyal.
