When I called the last time I was told they would call me back in 5 minutes-hadn't heard from them by the next day. I then started looking for someone else to do the work. I am delighted with the repairs and improvements that Jorge Cortez and his team made to my ancient…read moredrip irrigation system. He found the ultimate cause of a significant leak (a valve stuck open in a hard-to-get-to controller under my back deck) and manually shut it off while he ordered a replacement. His team replaced several drip nozzles with micro-sprinklers, and swapped out some badly deteriorated lines for new ones. Everyone was friendly and super-efficient. At the end, Jorge returned to inspect everything (correcting a couple of very minor flaws) before declaring the job finished. All the work came with a one-year warranty. I wish we had a world where everyone had Jorge's attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

About a year after finishing that project we had a water leak that destroyed most of our kitchen. When we discovered the leak, we were not sure who to call. Jason was our first call and he was at our condo within minutes, he immediately recognized the problem and had a plumber at our unit the same day. After realizing the damage that had been done to our kitchen we worked with Jason to completely remodel our entire downstairs. We opened up our kitchen space and along with Jason's help designing we were able to create our dream kitchen. My wife and I had never been part of a remodel before, and Jason helped us every step of the way. We were able to customize and create everything we wanted. We have the kitchen of our dreams and I now also have the living room of my dreams with three tv's all mounted and with no wires showing. Jason was always cognizant of our budget and was honest with us if a certain idea of project might not work within out budget. Adam, Lenny, and Daniel who work with Jason are also amazing. They always respected our condo and cleaned up every day after work was finished. Not only did Jason and his crew respect our place at the end of each workday, the craftsmanship and work done was impeccable. Jason makes sure the job is done correctly, looks great, and will stand the test of time. I can't say enough good things about working with Jason and Creative Kitchen Spaces. We hired him three times and will hire him again for our next project.
